    Pros +

    • Decorated, location and quite clean.
    • Great location, service, room finishing, and cleanliness! The host was very accommodating and helpful with recommendations. Check in and out process was clear and smooth. Would stay again!
    • Perfectly located in old town chania. Right next to wonderful restaurants and the harbor

    Cons -

    • Nothing. Everything was perfect.
    • There is no elevator.
    • The toilet smelt a bit funny. Not sure if this is down to products being used to clean it or something to do with the plumbing. And (this is a personal preference) all the pillows on the bed were extremely soft. I would prefer at least one more sturdy pillow.

What a beautiful, cozy hotel in the best location, right in the middle of the old town. Christina was a delight, so lovely and helpful. She gave us so many recommendations and was generous with her time. Despite being in the centre of everything it was relatively quiet. I look forward to staying again.

    Nothing. Everything was perfect.

It is pristine and thoughtfully designed with some lovely, tasteful touches. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian zone of the old city.

    There is no elevator.

A lovely little newly renovated hotel in the heart of the old town. very caring personnal, always in touch. Upon our request, we were provided with a French-speaking guide for an individual tour. We were very satisfied. We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts

We stayed in the Attica room at Qualia Slowlife Suites in the heart of Chania Old Town and absolutely loved it. The spacious rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi was a highlight — beautifully furnished and perfect for relaxing. The room was cosy, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed: a comfy bed, private bathroom, and coffee machine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better. Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they dealt with any queries immediately and made us feel really welcome. The room itself was lovely, it was very open and stylish with the comfiest bed and a nice big shower. The roof terrace had a huge hot tub with ample room for relaxing in the sun too. Overall this was a superb find in the centre of Chania (less than a minute away from a superb restaurant, Tamam) and I would love to stay there again if I'm visiting.

The toilet smelt a bit funny. Not sure if this is down to products being used to clean it or something to do with the plumbing. And (this is a personal preference) all the pillows on the bed were extremely soft. I would prefer at least one more sturdy pillow.

So clean and beautiful! Modern decor, amazing tile work in the bathrooms.

Beautiful rooms with exceptional location in the heart of chania. We felt right at home and even some additional request were met immediately. Would always choose Qualia for a stay in Chania! Highly recommend.

Please note that the building is quite old so sometimes it can be a bit louder from the outside or your upstairs neighbours.

    Location and aesthetic

The sink being separate from toilet and shower style..

Holy moly! What beautiful interiors. The bed was the most comfortable we slept in our whole Crete trip, and ending a long day in the hot tub was heaven. Lovely host. Great location in the old town.

    Everything was great

Very central location and super friendly/ accommodating owners.

Maybe the pillows were a bit on the soft side, but this goes down to preference. It wasn't a problem for us

The Suite is extremely modern and beautiful, with a touch of Greek flair. As well very spacious and clean and the cleaning Lady is so kind and always friendly. It is located very central in the old town, the perfect spot to the best restaurants, nightlife, shopping and of course idyllic oldtown walks. The experience exceeded only by the warm welcoming of our Host Maria. She really gives her very best to make your vacation perfect. We really appreciate her so much, all the recommendations she gave us as well as her caretaking and warm personality! P.S. when you’re there, ask her for the best fish restaurant! Thank you for making our trip unforgettable dear Maria and Qualia Team!

The apartment we stayed in, at the ground floor was very functional, spacious, good finished and materials. Even if it was in the old centre it was very quiet and the private garden with jacuzzi was amazing.

Nicely designed rooms which were upper quality. Good location, polite & helpful cleaning lady & good local suggestions by the owner

There was no reception area/staff & we had to process a self check in the evening despite all booking.com messages/prompts suggesting we were going to be met by a member of the property. When we realised this, we even requesting if someone could meet & greet us & were told that a member of staff was only available until 3pm. We booked the suites for 7 nights, as we were celebrating a romantic birthday & were informed that we were given an upgrade, so I was very thankful about this, however we later noticed the interiors of other rooms we soon realised that we were just given the standard room & told we were upgraded. An upgrade would have been appreciated since all other guests only stayed for max 2 nights, something I believe is a better idea for this specific property as it’s quite basic. Contact with the manager seemed to be instant but was not as productive and fruitful as presented (despite us even communicating with him verbally in fluent Greek). We had to have something delivered to the property from abroad via DHL & when it was finally delivered to the suites it took over 8hrs for the manager to confirm the delivery despite management knowing it was an urgent matter & we had spend a lot of time discussing this with him in the days & hours prior. By the time the manager responded with feedback I had already personally tracked down the delivery driver & confirmed the suites cleaner had received my consignment some time prior. Unfortunately despite it being a quaint & luxurious looking property the business seems to be run as a 2nd part time occupation & in our case it would have been worth just booking some cheaply priced rooms or a reasonable hotel which offered breakfast. To be honest the price was expensive for what was offered ie nothing more than a clean & comfortable room.

Very cosy, spacious and well designed space, in the center of old Chania town. It is a boutique complex of five suites. Our room GARDEN SUITE WITH OUTDOOR HOT TUB had no view but it had a very charm patio under a tent with a jacuzzi and sitting area. Breakfast is not available but the friendly staff has everyday prepared a tasty cake for free, as well espresso or filter coffee is offered. Nick will provide a lot of valuable information about your stay and the town.

Everything was fine, we will return soon. If someone prefers view, he can choose the same type suite at the top, with a huge veranda overlooking the roofs of the town. Juniors suites are also very sunny and spacious (i had a small tour to all the rooms before my departure).

Location is fantastical, very new and clean and friendly staff.Renovation and eye for detail was impeccable

Very noisy Room was way smaller (with no storage or table to work on) than we expected for that price range We put up a sign ‘not to clean’ but still everytime the room was cleaned. We like our privacy and do not want people entering the room when we ask not to.When booking be careful if you only have one option of room, it might look like your are booking a room with access to a terrace or jacuzzi. But this might not be the case. This was our most pricy stay in Crete, with the least value for our money. Although it was renovated amazingly, the room is still very basic a bed and a very small bathroom next to a noisy street.
