Amazing room with fantastic views. Excellent reception and cleaning services. Walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, and we can also have a nice walk by the koum kapi. Sparkling clean boutique hotel! Recently renovated.

Spiros is an amazing host and the place is extremely pleasant. Very well situated in the center of old town and close to all. We highly recommend!

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring Old Town Chania! The views were wonderful, and we loved the wrap around balcony. We really appreciated being able to send out our laundry for cleaning services. We had no issue finding parking in the free lots just across the street, although it did get busy in the evening. Spiros was an absolutely fantastic host. Because we were just on the outskirts of Old Town, it was quiet and easy to sleep at night, which we very much appreciated.

There was not great ventilation, especially in the bathroom/ shower, which resulted in steamed up windows after each shower. A fan might be helpful.

Our stay was fabulous. We received a free upgrade to a deluxe room in the front with a truly spectacular view. Spyros and his team are super helpful and friendly and very responsive. The room is big, great amenities and the hotel is in the best location of chania. Highly recommend this place! And if you have a little extra budget, do not hesitate to take any of the rooms in the front.

Location was fantastic. Within walking distance to the downtown area and the views were incredible.

No facilities-like lobby or breakfast available but I believe they are adding this which will be a big plus.

The location was perfect! We had a great view of the ocean. The room was updated and roomy. The best part was the floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors to the balcony.

The reception area is on the upper floor but there is no signaling so it is a little confusing.

What a fabulous hotel! Close to the old harbour, terrific rooms (we had one with a huge jacuzzi that my wife thoroughly enjoyed!), very clean and the owner and staff are delightful and extremely helpful. It exceeded our expectations and we were very happy staying there.The coffee machine stopped working and it was immediately replaced - fantastic customer service!Even the WiFi was excellent.

An amazing stay! The location was perfect and the staff were incredible. So warm and welcoming and very helpful. Anything we needed, they were right there to help us with, from dinner recommendations to beach towels. The room was also huge and gorgeous, with such a comfy bed. Loved it! Will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Chania!

Clean. Great location. Irene (sp?) could not do enough for us. Great restaurant recommendations. Arranged for our taxi driver to stop on the way to the airport for Cretan pastries we couldn't find during our stay in Chania. Spiros was also very kind and helpful. (The photo of the coffee is from nearby Little Monkey cafe -- our go to for breakfast!)Booked two rooms -- one for friends and they feel the same though they aren't able to post a review.

Modern bathroom has combination opague and clear glass window in the shower. Clear glass is on top -- likely not a problem for those who aren't tall...but a bit uncomfortable for those of us who are tall and value privacy! lol

Unbelievable location to the ocean and the Old City. Spiro our host met us at the from door and was extremely accommodating. The room was brand new and tastefully decorated.

We had a very nice room with seaview, large windows from which you could see the sunrise and a spa.It's also nicely situated close to the sea, in the vicinity of bars, breakfast places and restaurants and even a beach is close by.

Exceptional in every way. The location is right next to the Venetian Harbour and Old Town. Everything is within a short walk. Cafes along the shore with great service, food and coffee. The staff at Theta were outstanding. We were upgraded to one of the rooms on the top floor with breathtaking views over Chania Bay. Facilities were stylish and everything was well maintained. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Spiros and your wonderful team.

The property was close to everything definitely within walking distance to downtown. We unfortunately locked herself out of the room safe and they were nice enough to help us out.

This property is beautiful. It is a 10 min walk to the old harbor in Chania and 5 min walk the other direction you can go to a small beach. The room had a beautiful view with the morning sunrise. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Irene was so helpful and provided a list of recommendations for food, drinks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beaches. The housekeeping added more water to the fridge daily and Irene provided a welcome bottle of white wine.

Towels are changed every 2 days but mine didn’t get changed until my 5th night. Nothing specified if they needed to be on the floor to get changed but I kept hanging them up so that could have been the issue.

The property is in a great location close to bars and restaurants and the harbour. Comfortable clean with a great view and really friendly staff. Hard pushed to stay anywhere better in Chania.

Very clean, brand new room, with the most beautiful view. 3 of the wall was glass, with a rap around balcony. One of the most modern, memorable rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

Small property, with privacy. 5 minutes away from the busy touristy area.
