The room was modern looking, it included Nespresso coffees capsules and water in the fridge.

The bathroom of the small double room is extremely small and inconvenient.

Everything was very neat and spotlessly clean. Hotel was a 10-minute walk from Chania center. The staff was absolutely helpful and polite.

Maybe a balcony could be a little bit bigger.

I have been in this hotel for three nights. I had a great time they have upgraded my room for free..The men from the reception helped me with my luggage and he ordered me a taxi . I recommend this hotel.

Spent 4 nights here and enjoyed my stay. Super clean, super comfortable bed, power shower, nice balconySmall pool and sunbeds outside for relaxing. Location in new town, quite convenient, 5 minute walk from bus station, 10 min to Old Town, 15 min to Nea Chora beach.

Location is good, very central and you can reach the old harbor in 15 minutes by foot. Bus main station is only 10 minutes away. Beds were comfortable. Interior was quite modern.

Room and bathroom were not so spacey, but it was good enough for a few days stay

The hotel is not far from the bus station. Only a 10 min walk down to town.Plenty of eateries and supermarkets near buy.Bonus the hotel has a pool great to cool off in after days out when hot..albeit the water is cold.

The staff, location of the hotel and room have exceeded my expectations. Every time I'm in Chania, Deluxe City Hotel is my go to hotel for stay.

Able to order breakfast from local supplier to our room. The room was very comfortable and modern, with tea, coffee making facilities and a fridge.

A slightly bigger balcony, that's all.

What we really liked was very central location of the hotel. You have approx. 10 minutes walk to reach the old town with all the restaurants and shops. For the parking it wasn’t problem, we found easily a parking on the street.

The air condition is directed right into the face when you are sleeping, that is one thing we did not like. There is no breakfast included, you have option that you order one day before breakfast delivered to your room, but the staff is not very satisfied…they said it is better to go to the city centre, of course, because they have less work with you ?

Good location only 10 minute walk to the old town with bakery’s and supermarkets nearby. Close to the beach with a 15 minute walk away. It was kept very clean, the staff were great - very helpful and happy to give recommendations, also arranged taxis for us to get to wherever we wanted. They were accommodating to our late check in due to a delayed flight. Had no issues at all. The ideal place to stay for a beach holiday with the amenities of a city!

The air-com units were fitted onto the balcony so when the air-con was on, it was uncomfortable to sit on the balcony as hot air was blowing onto it. However this wasn’t a huge issue as we didn’t spend much time on it and it would be okay if you turned off the AC when outside.

The rooms were bright and spacious! The Aircon was really good. The rooms were very well maintained and cleaned. Staff were welcoming and helpful.The water pressure was really good and the shower was brilliant!

The shower hadn't got a door, which meant the whole bathroom got soaked when showering. There is a drain there so it's not really an issue but don't leave things in the bathroom ?The pool doesn't get much sun. While the hotel was very nice, I do think there are hotels just as nice for cheaper.

Our room was quite good and comfortable. The location is very good, restaurants and shops are close to the hotel.

It was clean and had perfect location to go around. Also they had friendly stuff.

We stayed at this hotel on several different visits as we were visiting my dad in hospital. The hotel was perfectly located, clean, great pool and George was so welcoming and helpful - we were having a very difficult time and he always went out of his way to make our stay comfortable! We will definitely return and recommend

Location was great and there were games in the basement and a very well stocked gym. Extra bonus of a pool and it was very new and clean

The sofa bed was quite hard and it was a little noisy at night but it is the city.

It was my daughter who stayed here with friends. They didn't have the breakfast as they like to sleep in and there are plenty of cafes in the city. The hotel's location was the best thing about it as they could easily walk to the shopping streets and the old town as well as the nearest beach. The small swimming pool was perfect for a quick dip and cooling off. They also liked the small pool table, ping pong and gym for when they just wanted to hang out and relax during the day.
