Had all the necessary things and good furniture in the room. Decor was nice. Rooms are new.

Room can be cleaned better. Some cobwebs on the lights in the bathroom. Maybe no one stayed in this particular room for many days after the cleaning and cobwebs formed? Also the room that was given to us didn't have a window, so no natural light came in the room. Would have liked a room with a proper window.

Very easy to find plenty of restaurants and bakeries nearby. AC was great, strong WIFI and the charging stations were very helpful.

The balcony is not really practical. Shower was also impractical and got water everywhere no matter how careful we tried to be. Private Taxi service options to other places was very expensive.

Everything was clean ,Host was incredibly friendly and easy access to the town center.

I can’t recommend the hotel enough. We had a car so the location was perfect. It was 15/20 minute walk to old town. There was lots of parking in front of hotel. The room was modern and cleaned daily. Coffee pods were replaced daily as were the soft drinks and water. The toiletries were also replaced daily and smelt amazing. The bed was comfortable and lastly we couldn’t say enough about our host Stella. She was so helpful with food recommendations, places to go etc

Everything was perfect, very new and beautiful. The hotel is a 15min walk from the city centre and its a pleasure to walk there, for those who have a car, you will always have a parking space right next to the hotel and its very quiet and nice to sleep there. The host was very friendly and helped us with some great advise for the best beaches

Very clean, high quality matrices, very stylish, lots of parking space in the area, super friendly hosts, building with history, away from traffic jam yet close to old harbor. Loved it!!!

The size of the suite and the design and finish of the room was very good.

The view from the window was of a wall with graffiti so we didn’t open the shutters. Noisy busy street. Monday market day starts very early. The location is too far out of the old town.

great location and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful.The hotel is located at the center of Chania but away from noise. Highly recommended! the rooms are huge compared to other rooms in the area. This hotel is a 100% value for money!
