Frini Hotel

Located on the beach, you can get from the room in the water in 2 minutes. Nice view from the balcony or the terrace, if you get the chance to book a sea view room. Breakfast is ok for 2-3 days, but you might want to taste something different at some point. Staff people are really nice and helpful.

Rooms are pretty small and might be a challenge if you travel with a lot of luggage. There's no soundproofing, so you can't really enjoy staying in bed later than 8 AM. Also, some cushioning for the doors should help. Not sure if it's related to the locking system, but everyone was slamming the doors no matter the hour...

Very clean, location good,just across the beach, 15 minutes walk to the old town,lots of restaurants near ,The hotel do have a restaurant with good food,best breakfast served,sea view having breakfast was great,the owners were very nice They care ,we go again soon

Location was perfect, right across the beach and they provided sun beds for cheap. The breakfast was good, not much choice but nonetheless good. The room was lovely and clean, and housekeeping was great.

We were only given one pillow.

the room was very small, and the women that cleaned the rooms were talking very load on the corridor every morning at 09 a.m. .... i was still sleeping, but every day i had to wake up because of them ....and smashing the doors.

The hotel is a located in a more peaceful part of Chania, right next to the Nea Chora beach and very close to great restaurants for dining. The room was always clean, the breakfast delicious and the staff supportive. The sea-view room is a delight, especially at sunset.

A little more diversity for the breakfast would be nice, but for a one week stay it was OK.

The staff was super friendly, nice breakfast and an superb location next to the beach.

The entrance is a bit hard to find because it laks a sign but one you know where it is, it very clear.

it is quite noisy coming from the hallway, as doors are quire thin and empty inside. Other than that nothing to complain about

There are so many great things about this hotel. The service, personel, the location, the restaurant on the ground floor. All you need for a good vaction is there , all in one place. See view room - it`s like you literally on the beach. By the way for me wifi worked event on the beach in front of hotel.

Just additional information, hope it helps someone. Be prepared! there is no TV in the room! OH GEE! xD (more time for relax ;) ). Being in the room, you can acctually hear other guest walking/talking in the corridor very well.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and super helpful - and the cleaners left cute towel animals each day. Breakfast was great and it was lovely to be able to sit outside and look at the beach while eating.

I walked past a couple of times at check in because I couldnt see a sign with the name of the hotel, but they may just be getting a new one

Very friendly family-run establishment in a gorgeous location. Accommodated each of our requests (we had a 6-month old with us and needed a few things). We also had an issue with the A/C which they were able to repair on the same day. Given the weather, this was very much appreciated! Delicious and plentiful breakfast and the evening meal I had in the restaurant was alongside the best in town. Last but certainly not least, thanks to the housekeeping; always friendly and we loved the towel arrangements! Would like to thank our hosts for facilitating a very pleasant stay in Chania.

Amazing location only 15 mins walk from Chania town. The sisters that own the property are amazing. So helpful and welcoming. Very clean rooms and balconies that have the most breathtaking sea view.

The room was smaller than expected and the bathroom was really small. The room was quite basic like no tv for example but had the basic necessities. The bathroom was so small that you could barely fit in the shower. Breakfast was average. Good food and good quality but no variety.

Extremely welcoming staff, they try to make your stay as good as possible. Delicious and affordable food and drinks. The location is perfect for those late night walks and early swims. The room is cleaned every day

Although the room was on the small side, it had all you needed and was very clean. It was right on the beach where I spent a couple of days relaxing and the hotel has toilets near reception which was super convenient! It was about a 20 min walk from Chania Port so super great location!

Very good location, near beach and city centrum, but not to close to the Old Town, which is actually good, because there was not too noisy. Very good service, perfect room cleaning (everyday), very good breakfast. Sunbeds at the beach (8 EUR), with service - very good. Car rental at the place - also very good service.

The only thing we didn`t like was noisy door and hearing of all people going in/out the rooms. Car rental that was at the place, could give a choice of the cars and tell us they have also more, a little bit expensive cars.

Lovely stay in Chania! Very very close to the beach, cleaning in the room was done daily. The host was very polite and happy to help, she waited for me at checkin, after my delayed flight caused me to arrive almost at midnight. Hope that next time when i come back i'l catch a sea view room. :)

Everything was perfect.

I loved my short stay at Frini and will be back for sure. The room had everything you might need and was impeccably clean. Kind hosts made me feel very well taken care of. Great local food with a glass of wine in the restaurant with sea view was the highlight of my evenings. Breakfast with coffee available from 8am was a nice touch also!

There was nothing not to like!

The location is excellent, 15 min to the old port, plenty of restaurants nearby and a nice beach just 20 steps from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, which is extremely quiet.

The acoustics are terrible. You hear the neighbour guests coming late at night because it is impossible to close the doors quietly (so you awake a few times at night). If you stay for a week the breakfast gets boring as there is no variety (it is a small buffet).
