Mirabile Luxury Suites

We loved so many things about the property! The central location was amazing, literally right on the doorstep of many great restaurants and shops. The hospitality of the front desk and cleaning staff was wonderful. They were so helpful sending us lots of recommendations for things to do & places to eat. And the apartment was perfect - very clean and so spacious. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nothing, everything went very smoothly

The staff here are the nieces people ever! We talked often with one of the foot desk women and she was a true dream. So helpful, so kind, felt like friends by the time our week ended. The location for food, coffee and shopping is unbeatable. They restock your fridge with a fresh water daily, then have amazing products you can use while there and they set you up with cheap parking during your stay.

The only complaint is wishing there were fans to use in the rooms. They do have AC- which in Europe is hard to come by, but it didn’t cool the whole room too well- only minor suggestion would be to have these for each room.

Great place to stay in Chania …the staff was excellent , Sophia is the best providing tips and recommendations for places to visit as well as restaurants in Chania. Looking forward to come back next year …

Comfortable rooms and bed, super clean, nice design, espresso machine. Warm welcome, perfect location.

Unfortunately is on a busy street with Taxi dedicated parking below and you risk getting a ticket even for 5’ parking. It. It the hotel’s problem of course but the hotel do provide parking space at a garage in 3 minutes walking distance.

Our stay at Mirabile was exceptional! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to major attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering useful information about the area and always ready to assist us with anything we needed.The room was spacious and clean, with modern decor and all the amenities one would expect from a high-quality hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, which ensured a restful sleep. The breakfast had a great variety, and everything was fresh and delicious.A small downside was the noise from the traffic, which is to be expected in a central location, but it wasn’t loud enough to be a real inconvenience. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay for anyone looking to explore the city and enjoy a comfortable experience. My recent stay at Mirabile was wonderful. A perfect place to stay, near the city center! The room was very luxurious and the bed was fantastic! Very clean and very convenient. Thank you to the staff and managers for their help with any requests that we had!

Love how spacious the room was. All the staff were really nice

We stayed in 4 different accommodations during our trip and this was the most expensive so we had high hopes. Overall we were a little disappointed. The pressure holes in the jacuzzi /bathtub are hard to clean so we found hair and dirt in them. I also woke up with neck pain because the pillows were hard and too big. We also wasn’t a fan of the location. Although it was close to old town it’s based on a busy road in the not so nice part. The building also doesn’t have a lift which didn’t bother us but may be an issue for others

the staff were amazing and so helpful and accommodating. They went the extra mile to ensure our stay was special.

The breakfast that was included was outsourced from a nearby bakery so it did not come fresh - the orange juice was delicious though. The bathroom vanity is very small in our room at least.

Just minor issues like the safe not working or the broken knob in the jacuzzi not allowing to adjust the water jet intensity

Breakfast was great although it was only open for two hours. Angela was great to deal with allowing us to check in two hours early and more than willing to accommodate our needs. I read that some people complained about the noise however we had no such issues probably due to the fact we were located on the ground floor (Athena room) and facing away from the road.

Perfect location. Rooms were pretty, clean and super quite. The staff was amazing and all in for perfecting your stay!

The property has an elegant, welcoming design. The rooms are very clean. The whole staff is very friendly, helpful, proactive and professional. The location of the property is near the old town and nice streets, shopping streets, it is just wonderful. Our experience was perfect and we will definitely book again in the future! ??
