Loved the staff and the property. Great location, just perfect- steps from the beach!

From the time we arrived trough the time for departing to the airport at 3:30 in the morning - all the staff was very friendly and helpful. We want especially to call out and thank administrators Josip Daskalakis and Sophia Giannoulaki. A cleaning lady Irina did a superb job too. Location, quality and condition are great. Breakfast was excellent.

The rooms and staff were very good.

The restaurant location next to the hot tub and gym was unacceptable. it was not sold that way in the advertisements.

Great location and the hotel itself is great, relative to the price. The staff were friendly and gave good restaurant recommendations.

On our last day of the stay, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, with the alarm ringing and lights flashing in our room. This significantly disrupted our sleep.

The staff is excellent! I want to make a special mention to the day and to the night receptionist which were great Georgia and Sophia. They really made a difference in my stay. Although the hotel is 15 mins walk from the Old Harbour, very close to it there is Nea Chora, which has plenty of restaurants.

The view of the room was not nice at all and tje way to the hotel as well. But once you find the Nea Chora and your way to Old Harbour, you appreciate it more!

Delicious original breakfast menu served to the table.Comfortable room with great bathroom.Nice balcony with side sea view.The location was great with small beach and several eating options nearby. Easy walk to Venetian port and old town.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast - the Cretan yoghurt was especially tasty (with honey, walnuts & cinnamon). Watching the sunset from the rooftop pool was memorable.

I recently stayed at Chania Flair Boutique Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience! The location was fantastic, providing easy access to the beautiful sights of Chania. Our room had a spectacular view, making every moment spent there a delight. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wonderful variety of delicious options to start the day.What truly stood out, however, was the customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, with Georgia being an absolute standout. Her warmth and attention made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Chania Flair Boutique Hotel for anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Chania!

Very high standard boutique hotel. Staff were all very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. A good location near beach area and restaurants, 1 minute round the corner. It took approximately 15 minute along the coastal road to the old town. Hot tub overlooking the ocean on the covered roof terrace was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Breakfast was brilliant - varied, a la carte every day & impeccable service.

Had a minor issue with a leak in our shower but the staff were brilliant, quickly came to address it & provided solutions.

Incredibly helpful, professional and friendly staff. Very close to an excellent beach with sunbeds that you can reserve for free as guest of the hotel. Great, beaufiful location, close to the Old Town.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, well-drilled, fun. They were all keen to welcome us and help us make the best of our time in their hotel and country. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Giannis on the beach beds, Giorga on reception, Asphasia in the restaurant/bar were exceptional, but nobody let the show down. Breakfast excellent, cleaners prompt and thorough, bed was SO comfortable

Only two things I would like to have had is a proper outdoor swimming pool and also some outdoor space to have a drink. Only 50m away was the sea and a street of bars and restaurants with loads of outdoor seating. So it wasn't too much of a hardship. And some of the local restaurants (Kaiki and MikroLimano particularly) are very good.

Can’t say enough about the staff from the reception all the way to the restaurant all very friendly. The hotel have a great location near everything just few steps very clean rooms great size.

Just about everything, great position, lovely new and modern room, superb breakfasts, however in a lifetime of travel I have never come across such wonderful staff. Always smiling, always helpful… after a week we felt like a part of the family and we were very sad to leave!

Everything. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was amazing and with wide variety. The restaurant had delicious food. My boyfriend is celiac and the staff was able to adapt the food and make it gluten free. The staff accommodated every request in the best ways.

Big cheers for the staff. They were extremely polite and managed to accomodate every request. The room was very spatious and brand new. I liked the automations. The breakfast wasn't the usual buffet, but an 'a la carte' with a good variety of options. The nearby beach with sunbeds exclusively reserved for the hotel guests was very also very nice. I really enjoyed a good swim there. It was also very thoughful that the guest could make use of the hotel amenities (incl the beach and shower) after the check out time.

The view form my view was non-exixtent. The balcony was nice, but you couln't stay outside because there was an unpleasant fish smell from nearby fish taverns all day long. The photo with the pool was misleading. What I though was a pool, was essentially a buthtub.
