Ciel Collection Suites

This hotel is very nice and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint I have is the lack of communication upon arrival. Luckily another guest opened the door for us. Also no beach towels were available for our full stay of 3 days.

Our stay was great, the space was clean, we felt safe and it was a quiet area. Check in was very easy and the host was very sweet and helpful with our needs. The deck was beautiful to have since the stay is so close to the beach. There were many extra toiletries and amenities including parking available.

Love the location, steps from the beach. The room was quite cute but not the most functional. Bed was very comfortable, great to have a Nespresso to make coffee in the AM. Small shared patio/seating area where you can also hang wet suits/towels!

Shower was fussy and leaks if you aren’t very careful, sink also sprays outwards.

Great place ! Located in a quieter section of Chania, in front of a beautiful beach. Easily walkable to everything!!! The room is bigger than expected, the decor is super zen, clean and comfortable. At our time if year there was plenty if parking steps from room. We loved our stay snd would go back and recommend it.

The only small thing was the mini fridge was not strong at all. We had s bottle of Prosecco than never really chilled. Small issue for us but disappointing

Lovely modern apartment, beside a small sandy beach, lovely walk around harbour and so many restaurants to choose from. Host very friendly and helpful answering our questions and giving us daily recommendations of where to go . Thank you.

Room with a private terrace overlooking the Sea. It was perfect. Just a 10-15 minute walk (along the water) to the heart of Chania. Staff (owner) was awesome and so nice/helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Room was a bit small and hard to navigate through. AC worked, but for some reason had trouble cooling down the room, although it did cooldown the bathroom. A breakfast option would be nice (so that we could eat on the Terrace).

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location right on the sea wall with lots of cafes. Old town is a short walk. The location is not as crowded as Old Town. We arrived by car and and were so pleased by the convenience of parking right at the hotel. The staff was so friendly and provided excellent recommendations and directions.

Loved our stay, right on the water and the room had everything we needed. They staff was lovely and greeted us warmly.

A little tight on space outside the room but there is a shared terrace to spread out and enjoy the sea air.

Perfect location, close enough to walk to all the restaurants, but far enough to avoid the noise from foot traffic.The room was beautifully decorated. The bedding was very comfortable, and we appreciated having a choice of pillows with different firmness levels. It was also great that they provided beach towels — a thoughtful touch, especially if you’re traveling light.We loved our stay! The staff were wonderful and very helpful, offering great tips that really helped us make the most of our trip.

Everything was great.

Apart from a great location, the room and building have been wonderfully and thoughtfully designed. Staff were immediately responsive and helpful to requests for beach and crockery requests while also offering helpful detailed touring advice.

A bit small

Wonderful hotel! Great location and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean. We love that it’s overlooking the ocean and we can just enjoy the waves.

Super clean spotless room and we checked in late and it was easy to access.

The smell of cheap air freshener in the communal area was AWFUL. Thank goodness not in the room!

We loved the atmosphere in general. The rooms and the place in general are very stylish with a sense for details. The service was very friendly and helpful. And there were little details from the house throughout the entire stay. There is a little shared courtyard with sea views. It is very convenient that we were always able to park on the little square next to the house, although that might be due to the fact that it was low season.

Although I don’t want to say anything negative about the place and it’s generally very quiet, the rooms on the ground floor do get affected by what is happening in the hallway, despite of the heavy doors. There is room for improvement.

Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff were amazing and welcoming. Location was superb. The place was clean and provided extra items to ensure the stay was perfect.Nikki was really helpful and will definitely look after you !Overall 10/10 would recommend to any travelling couples or friends.

Great place to stay. Comfort, clean, cozy, beautiful. Very kind staff and the place is so elegant and beautifuly designed. Front beach area and so close to the Old city.
