Nostos Hotel

They arranged our taxi and a helper met us to take our bags (a bit of a walk). The hotel was in the heart of old town with shopping, food, and entertainment everywhere! Our room was fabulous with an extra bed in the loft. We loved the rooftop sea views ¿

Delightful staff - I arrived later in the evening and the man waiting for me at reception was so kind to let me have his highly coveted parking space when he was leaving. Really so kind! Room was clean and very large. Good location if you want to be 'in the middle of everything'. Also very happy that they accepted to have my small dog stay with me!

The apartment was exceptional, spacious, well equipped and centrally located.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

What was NOT to love!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful, making our stay perfect. Rooms were charming and location made it so easy to get to restaurants, shops and excursion. See yoy next September!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Nostos Hotel. The host is really nice and we really enjoyed our stay. It is a convenient place and very close to the venetian port

Location was amazing. They sorted a transfer from the airport and had one of their employees meet us to help with luggage as you can't drive right up to the hotel. They were fabulous!

The location is perfect, right in the old harbour but not far from the available parking places. Plus it is not too loud (which is important in that side of Chania. The view from the terrace is exceptional!

Nothing really. You need to climb the stairs with the luggage and the room is not huge, but for one night is perfect and you cannot expect anything different in old buildings. It was very well manained and decorated!

This was fantastic. We’re right in the center of the old Venetian port. There was so much to do and see all around us. The facilities themselves are very clean, clean daily, the bathroom was fine, and there was an upstairs patio that was absolutely gorgeous with great news. This hotel offers Breakfast for purchases in the morning. Our beds were made daily and towels replaced. I would recommend this to anybody traveling to chania.

This old hotel in the old city should honestly describe in words and pictures the difficulty of accessing the hotel with luggage after 9:00 am when cars are not allowed in the city and that it offers no porter service from taxis parked many blocks away. The hotel does not describe the many steps of differing heights throughout the hotel on every floor as well as in the rooms. Moving around the building is very hazardous for seniors and small children. We only stayed two of our five nights booked before we could make arrangements to move and were offered no refund or apology for the failure to accurately describe the hotel, its services, or the difficult access.

No parking on premises. Parking at the public parking lot down the street can be tough . People got ticketed for parking there overnight for not being local residents

Staff very kind, we had to do early check-out and the host kindly prepared some sandwiches for our way. Location as very good. Hotel is very typical and beautifull.

Air conditioning was right over the bed, which for me is unconfortable.
