About
Quietly set in the Westfjords of Iceland, these cottages are located along the Patreksfjördur Fjord. Each offers cottages with cooking facilities and views of the scenic sea and mountain countryside. The simply furnished Hænuvík Cottages all include a private toilet as well as a dining area. Cooking hobs, a fridge and BBQ facilities are standard to all cottages. Guests can also choose guest rooms, which have access to shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Guests can enjoy the on-site crafts shop, along with guided hiking tours in the area arranged by Hænuvík Cottages staff. Bird watching is another popular activity. The Brjánslækur Ferry Terminal with connections to the Snæfellsnes Peninsula is 47 mi away. A grocery store can be found in Patreksfjördur, 29 mi from the cottages.
