Pros +
- Walking distance to everything in Olympia. This hotel was totally charming with an "old tyme" feel to it. The place is owned by an older couple. Classicly friendly Greek folks. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
- Large room with a balcony to a church square.
- Great location and very nice and friendly owner. Thank you for showing me your motorcycle. There’s a nice big balcony.
Cons -
- We had a problem with no hot water at one point. Who knows, maybe a bunch of people took showers at the same time.
- The mattress was the hardest I have ever slept on (unusually bad), and the hotel had a smoke smell (the owner smokes).
- The hotel needs renovation

The owners very friendly. The rooms were clean
The hotel needs renovation
Good place for 1-night stay. Not the most modern but clean and comfortable. The owner is very welcoming.
Old hotel run by a nice couple. Felt very traditional.
It took awhile to figure out how to work the heater and the room was cold.
Olympia is a very small place, so location is alright anywhere you stay. The couple keeping the hotel was great. It shows is an old hotel and I enjoyed the feeling of a more traditional place to be. Brought memories of a long time ago. Breakfast was good and the place in general was quite good.
No real complains, but if you like technology and modern things, this is not your hotel.
The location is great. Old-fashioned lovely hotel. Friendly staff. We liked it.
the shower with curtuns
the location is superb for visit of the archeological site. Cute small town, owners very friendly and helpful. Many caffes, little shops and tavernas in town.
Great location, staff were welcoming and attentive.
Some noise at midnight, maybe vacuuming.
Convenient location, friendly staff, value for money
Breakfast
The ownwers were very friendly and helpful.Thge hotel was very close to Olympia and tavernas.
We booked room for four, quite spacious consider its price. AC was working fantastically given the outrageously high temperature. The bathroom was a little small but usable, the balcony was pleasant enough for an evening beer and chat.
The bathroom equipment was not in a good condition, especially the showerhead, but that was minor.
Charming retro style hotel, simple and essential, but equipped with everything necessary for those who do not have special needs. Clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioning, fridge, balcony and very friendly owners.
Warm welcome by a lovely couple. Excellent location and very good price.
The decor is certainly somewhat worn and tired, and the facilities basic. You get what you pay for.
Perfect location, 2 mins walking distance from train station and bus stop, 15 mins walking distance to the ruins. Friendly and smiling staff. Fast wifi. Very good price. Room had a terrace with table and chairs. :)
Everything was fine.
Well located, Olympia was a lovely town, and this was at the top of the main street, with parking right at the door. The hotel was basic and quite dated, but still clean and tidy and the owners were lovely and welcoming - we got checked in early to explore the sites. The room had the essentials, fridge, air conditioning, and a decent balcony. We paid extra for breakfast, 7 euros each and it was nice but basic, the omelette was a pleasant surprise. In summary, compared to the expectations of our own country, excellent value for the money we paid.
Decor stale and dated, but for the price we paid, no complaints.
It was central to the town, good parking, access to nearby restaurants, and staff were friendly and helpful even though I knew no Greek. The room was fine for me, though a little run down, nothing too bad and I had a balcony.
Nothing terrible, the place could use an update, but all facilities were there.
Main street but not on the touristy strip.
I found hair (a lot of it) — on the floor, on a supposedly clean towel, and even inside one of the two twin beds! Gross. The morning of checkout the water supply suddenly stopped (thank god I had already taken a shower) so I was forced to use mineral water to rinse my hands of soap …The shower fittings themselves kind of disintegrated as I was looking at them. Smell of smoke in the entrance, hallways, lift. The staff pronounced four words in total: ‘Reservation?’‘Second floor.’‘Goodbye.’P.S. I don’t mind a place that is oldish but you must make sure that things aren’t broken, and you must actually clean it!
Good hotel from where to explore the lovely area. Very kind host, good room, easy parking. Terrace with a view to the church.
I liked everything.
