Hotel El Cobertizo

A lot of parking, staff was very helpful and wonderful. Very comfortable beds, hot showers.

The walls are very thin you can hear everything.people walking down to hall, opening doors, having conversations in their rooms beside your. I couldn’t get on the Wi-Fi, we were in room 303 on the 4th floor.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

The air conditioning in 2 rooms were very noisy. The rooms seemed renovated, but some things were still old.

Electric socket and bedside light didn't work. The tap in the bathroom was faulty. There was only one single duvet for the the two single beds that were pushed together so we had to share it. There was no cover on the duvet. There was very loud music playing from 12.30am until 5am so we didn't get any sleep. Glad we were only there for one night and certainly wouldn't go back.

Hotel was on the side of the road so we were aware of traffic late at night.The restaurant only opened at 20.30. We were hungry when we arrived but there was no bar food available other than cakes.Our room was in some sort of annexe. We had a large party next door who were very noisy, shouting, banging doors and sitting on the step outside chatting. There was also a private party going on with disco music until quite late.

the room was lovely, clean and spacious, they gave us a bed for the dog and a water bowl.the room was at the end of the corridor so no one walked past, which meant the dog didn't bark. The gentleman on check in was very good. Perfect for a stop driving down to Spain, very good value.

The food was not good for us, but that may just be what we picked to eat.The young lady on duty in the morning was surly and not very obliging.

Comfortable beds

Booked a superior room. Moldy shower curtains hanging off wall, paid for a pet to stay but no facilities as described in brouchure provided, NO WI FI available. Breakfast was not as depicted in the brouchure so did not bother.

Bedding all stained. Dirt and grime in the room. Pretty filthy to be honest

Staff were nice.

Breakfast given to us on a tray, no choice, Rooms need updating. Both bedside lights not working, Damage to wall where radiator thermostat fitted. Room on car park, not in hotel.

Very comfortable room with private bath, looks fairly newly updated.Very nice staff when we checked in.

The WiFi didn't work with any of our 3 devices. When I inquired about restarting the router to possibly solve our problem, the later staff was not willing.

Good location for a night stopover. Plenty of parking and quiet. Staff friendly.

The room looked great although not quite what I had expected. Not really a problem but the water supply to the room was very poor. The washbasin had hardly any flow and the shower wasn't much better. We had arrived late evening after a long drive so only realised about bedtime so we made do and were going to report in the morning but I couldn't find any reception staff so had to leave anyway. Hopefully next guest had the time to sort this out...

Clean place out of town, so secure to park. On site restaurant is convenient and good value.

No water in room had to go to reception. He couldn’t care less. Went again to reception later then he turned water on. Restaurant very expensive and particularly unfriendly.

Rubbish hotel rubbish staff

Ignorant staff, no information about any of the hotel facilities eg breakfast time, wifi etc. Neither verbally or written. The sole member of staff we dealt had to finish drying cutlery before dealing with us.as off handedly as he could.WE WERE IN THE WAY AND AN INCONVENIENCE,!I doubt booking.com will do anything about it but this reflects on the standard of hotel you are promoting here!!
