The fact that the restaurant is connected within the hotel itself.

It was unsanitary, very loud, window shutters didn’t want to open, constant noise from other rooms and elevators.

Location and parking facilities

No water or tea and coffee facilities in the room

the location was of my choice.the breakfast which is not representivie of a 4 star hotel.At 08:00 the orange for juice and the tomatoes finished just after we asked they brought to our table

the mattress in the room was extremely bad,we felt the springs and did not sleep all night.the changed our room the next day, the shower is small and moldy

Got what you paid for

very far out, hotel would be a good one if it was 20 years ago. Hotel is old and shows it

breakfast was ok not really big choice, rooms was cleaned but seems like hotel under reconstructions because etg seems very old , staff was good and supportive

The room was horrible. I could hear snoring in the next door. The staff were not helpful.

we didn't like the hotel at all

The most terrible hotel, absolutely does not correspond to the presence of 4 stars and the name. The hotel is old, the room is old, the mattress is not comfortable. Problems with water and electricity. plumbing is broken. The electricity went out a couple of times in the room. No drinking water in the room, no slippers. Couldn't get an iron. wifi didn't work. The pool and fitness didn't work. Breakfast is poor, the hotel is not cozy. we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel

The hotel is really old from 70s and no real updates were done. Outside paint is falling apart. The breakfast was really pour and with very limited options. For this price is definitely not worth it.

Staff was helpfull but not professional

The hotel must be a great hotel 30 years ago but now a hotel that's old fashioned without any maintenance

Location was good and the staff helpful and cheerful

Could do with a face lift Hotel is a bit tired bathroom a bit cramped.

Stay here if no other options

The “grand” hotel was huge but under construction and old. Perhaps after a re-do it will be better. The beds were twin instead of the Queen we booked and hard like camp beds.

Loved the barman and the man in reception, they were stylish and helpful :)

The hotel is very old and needs some renovation. Same goes about the room. Breaksfast table was almost emty of everything, no frest fruits at all.

- Nice recent refurbishment of corridors and rooms. - Very comfortable bed. - Very clean bathroom. - Attentive staff.

- No one was wearing a mask at the breakfast buffet, and the hotel did not place any sign suggesting to wear masks, nor mandatory mask wearing was enforced by waiting staff. Surprisingly careless attitude regarding this matter. - Wi-Fi erratic at best. - External walls are peeling, sloppy look, badly need repainting. - Old and noisy elevators

I´ve reserved the accomodation on the they when we left our country. I´ve contacted them, they were texting me back immediately and were helpful. The receptionists are very kind and they speak english well. The breakfast was also fine, the lady who was serving the tables she was fast and tried to do her best. It was a nice stay.

Convenient location. Quiet. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Well serviced hotel and room, meeting expectations.

Gave us a room with separated beds instead of one as initially booked. Rooms weren’t very sound proof.Wifi name/passwords weren’t available for our room, could have had information inside the hotel rooms.
