It was excellent. Clean well designed modern comfortable room in a gorgeous setting. Stunningly beautiful!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. We extended an extra night because of this. My only gripe was that the management charged me 25 euros just to change the date by one day. Not a deal breaker, but not cool either.

Sonja Alpine Resort in Kaprun made a fantastic impression on us – and this was our second year in a row staying there. Everything is done right, but at the same time the place feels relaxed and unpretentious. Breakfasts are outstanding, with a huge selection and really great quality. There’s something for everyone and everything tastes fresh and delicious.The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with a kitchenette, which is a big plus. After a full day, the wellness area is perfect for unwinding – the pool, saunas, and calm atmosphere are exactly what you need. The location is excellent, and the view of the glacier is amazing, especially in the morning.The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming and smiling. Coming back for a second year says it all. This is definitely a place we love returning to and can highly recommend.

The hotel has an excellent location, friendly staff, breakfast was great , room was spacious and clean Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The place feels very modern, the staff was very kind, checkin was quick. The rooms are big and clean. The surrounding is very nice. It is a very quick drive to Zell am See and to the Kaprun dam. Breakfast was exceptional.

Location

No AC in most of the rooms , they ask you to open the window which make you under flys and mosquitoes attacks. The admin ask you to sign a very strict hotel roles stating to compensate any accidental damage to any room structure, utilities, appliances and other furniture

All the staff members were welcoming and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious and they had a great variety of food and drinks. فطورهم ولا غلطه

لايوجد مكيفات. During the summer and heat waves an air conditioning unit is a must but unfortunately they didn’t have any available rooms with an A/C unit

Very noisy they gave a room beside the road and it was worse i couldn’t sleep . You feel that cars in your room i dont recommend this hotel

Lack of air conditioning especially if you’re staying in the summer, when we checked in the room wasn’t clean and women hair was on the ground probably from the previous visitor they clean it in the next day , food quality needs improvement ,

The location close to the train and the breakfast

The view was facing the houses and big garbage containers. Moreover the train passing in front with its sound, although I ensured to them before months to provide apartment with good view, they didn’t cooperate to get good view although they promised me before coming.

We got room 10 m near railroad and staff didn't wanted to change or upgrade. When I asked the reception clerk, why they don't mentioned close railroad,her answer was that we could check in Google Street.

Too noisy and water pressure in a shower.

Excellent breakfast! Big and spacious room (we book a room with balkony). Excellent SPA facilities! Free parking around the hotel. Very frendly and helpful staff.

The restorant closes at 20:00, the SPA is open untill 21:00, so one have to choose - have a dinner or use a SPA. It shoukd be nice if the restaurant will be serviceable till 22:00, at least one hour after SPA closure. No air conditioner in the room, we visited on April, but on summer this can be an issue.

Great location for skiing; tasty breakfast, great swimming pool and saunas, spacious rooms with enchanting view on Alps; a bit loud road nearby

Everything was perfect! The size of the room, the design, facilities, wellness area, breakfast and the staff! We had a great time here
