Sauna and good breakfast!

Rooms are not exactly like the pictures. Wifi isn’t working in the rooms which is annoying.

Rooms a bit outdated

A nice and spacious room for a family, with a balcony overlooking a stunning view, especially at sunrise. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The location is convenient and serves as a great base for day trips in the area. We also really enjoyed the unique hot sauna on site, a relaxing experience.

Unfortunately, for two out of the three days there was no hot water. However, we received appropriate financial compensation, and the staff truly did everything they could to help.

Nice view, clean room, nice balcony. Very clean. The host left us instruction to check in even if we got there at 11 pm. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with smoking salmon, eggs, tuna, bacon, pasta, homemade cereals bread and many other types of food, meats and fruits.

We stayed facing the road and it was a busy road. On the flip side we enjoy the view.

Nice location, tempting to have a walk in the village/hill. Complimentary water/fruit/tea at the sauna. Equipment available for drying ski boots. Super-nice and helpful staff. E-car charging available (using Stromladen app).

It's a very cosy and family-owned hotel with gentle, kind and very positive hotel stuff with manners, trying to make you feel comfortable, room was spacious enough, excellent wi-fi, lively evening bar downstairs, nice quiet and well decorated sauna part which was really a blessing, all amenities for sauna provided (slippers, bathrobe), room for ski equipment and heaters for ski boots, skibus is just across the street but I preferred using a car going to Saalbach ski resort.

Breakfast was fantastic! :) And thank you for helping us with changes! Good location to Zell am See and Kaprun ski areas, including ski bus right in front of the hotel. Cross country ski trail right across the road.

The breakfast was excellent. The spa and sauna area are nice. The rooms are not too large but nice and cozy. It's a short drive to excellent, spacious, and quite famous ski resorts, such as Kaprun—Kitzsteinhorn or Saalbach Hinterglemm. Good price-performance ratio, ideal for families who don't need/want a 4* or 5* hotel.

Nice place, perfect breakfast.

Bed was extremly soft, dinner in restaurant was nothing extra, food was quite good, just on top were old greaves what you can feel really strong and have to take them out? but breakfast was top!

The Hotel was perfect for our stay, we stayed in a flat that was awailable, it was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, room was clean and fresh, all the needed equipment for living for a long time. Felt like home. We recomend staying here.

Nice restaurant with good staff

There was no air conditioning in the room, cramped bathroom, a lot of noise from the nearby road, worn out room.

Great breakfast, comfy beds, free parking, convenient location if you are passing by.

The rooftop bar is neglected.

My room was extremely noisy, right next to the national road, making it feel like I was camping on the highway. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and was not clean at all, with spiders in the corners. The bed was not comfortable at all :/

Everything is clean a well maintained, the breakfast was great and the staff was very nice and friendly.

Nice selection of fresh fruits, breads, cold meats and cheeses, cereals.

The rooms were spacious, bigger than what was described.Having a restaurant on the place was great, as it saved us looking for food when we arrived late and were tired. Food is good.

The place is located on a road, it was hot days when we visited, and when we opened the window we couldn't sleep because of the cars noise. on the next day we got air vent to the room which helped a lot.There were no hot water on the 2nd day we were there, we were told they ran out of gas.The restaurant is great to have, but it had many flies, which make it a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast was good, and the availability of pizza for dinner was convenient.

Wifi was spotty, hot water ran out completely some nights, so we had to stagger showers, but worst of all- restaurant turns into a club on Friday nights. This should be in the listing. Pounding music, drunk people singing and shouting outside while smoking, and DJ on a mic until 5AM!! I had to text the owner, who had the. Turn it down, but it was still loud, still thumping base, and still DJ on the mic. We didn’t sleep on Friday. Totally unacceptable for a “family” hotel. They are clearly a family run business, and we just accepted that the place could use some updating, that there is no daily cleaning, the hot water and wifi issues, because we like to support small businesses. Unfortunately, having to pay for a hotel room where it is impossible to sleep for an entire night just left us with zero sympathy. Maybe if you are there to party,it’s great, but with three kids who wanted to wake up to ski first thing, it was a major disappointment. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again, even though the food was good and location was very nice.
