The apartment needs renovation.

Made accommodation to support after hours check in (9pm), check out was seamless and friendly.

Staff was frustrated with late check in, maybe a language barrier but doesn't constitute the staff to raise their voice.... Called to confirm the reservation and staff was very apprehensive. I wouldn't consider again due to the staffs etiquette, the electrical seemed hazardous, and location 25 minutes from bus stop.

The hotel is at a very nice location in a spacious real estate. The room was fairly decent and the breakfast very good. Most striking is that I received from the reception and the rest personnel much politeness and something like a ... positive energy! Congrats!

Booking.com's address pasted on Google maps drove me to a totally different location. I rang the door of a poor woman at night. I found the hotel by chance and with the help of signs, met though away from this home.No elevator at a new building.

We had a late check in with awesome staff greeting us and communicating along the way. We had a great dinner on the backside away from the great live music (we heard Swedish songs & tunes). We ate a classic schnitzel and fries that was really nice with great drinks & bier. The kids could be playful with restless legs after a long journey. We used the amazing spa/-pool in the morning after breakfast.

Calm position, still smiling personnel everywhere. I felt that those people are ready to solve every single task for the happinest of their guests.

Slightly creaking bed growth (maybe i may lose some weight :-) ) and only one think - sorry i have to say - their local beer was bad.

The room smelled awful and wasnt really clean

The Bergerbad was great. The very warm water would probably be more enjoyable in winter. Breakfast add on was very good value. Lobby and restaurant area was very nice.

The mattress was very soft and the room was like a sauna. Again, I think in the winter that the wood would be great at retaining heat but in 33 degrees we had to sleep with wet towels.

Nice and comfortable place to stay. Great pool and SPA. Very helpful and friendly staff

I would expect a bit better choice of meals for dinner, incl. quality. Breakfast was quite good.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfasts were satisfying. Staff at the front desk and restaurant were very pleasant and spoke good English.

Occasional musty smell which could be cleared by opening the window.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. Good value.The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a nice room. The restaurant was amazing. We had travelled and arrived late. We were given a table and treated to a great meal! We would happily spend two or three days here again.

Undisciplined czech family with 4 children in wellness in the evening!

- Room was big, - There was parking available on the premises - Check-in was easy and receptionist was helpful.

- The pictures are taken from the main hotel, however this is a booking for the guesthouse which is different and there were no pictures or references highlighting this which is misleading- Listed services (like Pool) are from the main hotel, not the guesthouse- The guesthouse itself is slightly old and rooms were quite outdated together with very old carpet on the floor- Internet was slow so unable to work from there

We had an excellent overnight stay in a main hotel family room. Free of charge parking lot; swimming pool open until midnight, cozy restaurant and great breakfast.

After arrival we were missing clean sheets, toilet paper, soap and towels.Attached picture is first view of our room.Also there were many other details which made price too high according to provided service.

The perfect place for family stay. Children enjoyed the swimming pool. Good support from owners.

Breakfast was amazing!!! Parking was free. The sauna and a pool was in the price. A 15 minute drive to Stuttgart by a car. Stuff was very friendly and they have very good wiener schnitzels!

The pools and sauna were great, also the opportunity to use the Bergerbad.the breakfast buffet was good!

cleanliness one the Spa area, also the shower didn’t work properly eg the water temperature couldn’t be controlled (very, very hot).

Super cute family-run hotel! The staff members were really sweet and helpful. Late check-in was possible and they even upgraded my room, so I stayed in Hotel Rupertihof instead. Nice breakfast and free parking. Good value for money. Vielen dank!

The only bad thing I can say is my room smelled like cigarettes, but that didn’t bother me since I got so good treatment otherwise.

The pool is only in the photo, they are settled in another building of the hotel, you need to walk 300 meters through the village!
