- It was a Beautiful Place.
- Very convenient location for me. Stayed at the cabins in three different occasions in the same week, arrived after the reception was closed. Very smooth check-in process, the key was easy to find and the cabin was perfect, clean, quiet environment and it had everything I needed for cooking.
- We stayed for one night in the cottage on the way to Trondheim. The cottage is clean and cozy with lots of wood handicraft furniture.
Cons -
- It was not clean as a hotel. The bathroom does not have a strong fan and The smell bother us. But att The whole we enjoy
- the bathroom is a bit small.
- I would suggest to install a better ventilation with a fan in the bathroom/shower. It would be nice to have an aircondition instead of heater to easier control / set a pleasant temperature in the cottage. We had to turn up and down the heater and somtime open the window to regulate the air inside the cottage. There were also no cabinets for our clothes. The bunk double bed did not feel so comfortable, it felt like the spring were more compressed towards the center of the bed.

Always stay here on my drive up to Northern Sweden and choose to stay at the cabins. Even though it is a bit of a detour from the E45 it is totally worth it. Beautifull surroundings, not the typical hotel, good price and very very peaceful and quiet. Check-in is very smooth even if you arrive late
The cottage is nice and charming. The space inside the cottage is use very wisely to make it feel bigger than it is, and the staff/owner is very helpful. Nice location if you want to live outside the city of Östersund, but a bit too far if you are driving to Åre Ski slopes everyday.

The woodlog cabin itself is very nicely decorated, everything is handmade. Cabins are close to one another & located also close to the hostel/hotel. Beds comfy, great shower, very clean, fast WiFi. We used it for one night on our way back from Swedish Lapland.
No complaints!
The cabins serve as a nice showcase for what you can get in the shop. Very nice and convenient spot, esp. when being on travel through Jömtland
