Nice hotel in a good location. Very clean. Early check-in times. Would stay here again

Rooms are a bit old and there was a bit of a smell from the bathroom window.

Authentic stay in a really portugese hotel. Don't miss breakfast! Only 7 eu and really good! The staff is fantastic as well.

Dogs are accepted for free. Good location near the center - 5 minutes' walk to the old town. Accepts early, street parking. The rooms are cleaned daily, we did not use the canteen.

The hotel is somewhat neglected, in some places it needs repairs, but it is suitable for a budget trip even for a few days. There is not much space in the room, there is no view, there is no air conditioning.

Good location. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. They do traditional Portuguese lunch. I've been in the Azores for 3 months and this was the best meal I've had.

The bathroom was brand new, room is clean, the mattress is comfy, and the fact that you can have breakfast in the morning for a reasonable price.

You can hear what's happening outside your room. When neighbours are loud, it can be a bit annoying.

The hotel was not even open when I arrived to check in. Not even pick up the phone. I hope I can get a full refund.

Everything. The facility is old and the it seems like I was living in a horror house.They also try to enter my room many times and they were under construction on the other rooms while I was there, which was the worst since I couldn't be in my room in peace

for me this was a very nice stay, spacious room.. clean and cleaned and serviced every day. super nice modern and new bathroom, the bathroom is that of a 5 star hotel. it’s near the center, with an optimal quality price ratio, I really enjoyed the stay.
