Food from their own farm, the amenities are incredible, the views are great and staff is so friendly and helpful. They have thought of every last detail and then some

Very relaxing…. Great place to relax and unwind. Very quiet and serene. The staff were superb…. Courteous and very friendly. We enjoyed an old fashioned made with butter. Best old fashioned that we have tried. We had a fantastic experience!

Probably could use a couple of relaxing chairs in the living room beside the couch

The hotel is beautiful and the location is stunning. The room is super comfortable and the facilities - pool, wellness centre, etc are great. The service is spotless too. Overall is a fantastic hotel and highly recommend it.

The water pressure in the rooms could be better.

The views are breathtaking and the proximity to the beach and other attractions makes this a top spot. Great space in the room and the private terraces and plunge pool was great to have.

Prices on the food and drink were really out of market compared to other local spots.

Loved the general vibe of the resort, beauty of the pool and beach, and how spacious the rooms are! The staff is also incredibly friendly.

Small things: flies in room and at meals, room needed some floor coverings, only one suitcase stand, couldn’t make the in-room safe work, why charge for coffee in the room? Food was quite good but just not great (to be fair, I’m comparing to NYC standards)— food is generally too heavy with tons of sauces so just not particularly healthy when they are trying to be!

Pool was very cold. Service was not great or friendly. Not a ton of activities. Felt very empty which was nice but a little odd. Very expensive for what it is. “Gym” is 1 treadmill and some weights

Everything about Santa Barbara was excellent. We were greeted at check in with a cool drink, an explanation of services offered and guided to our beautiful room. The staff was eager to please and make recommendations of activities, restaurants and itineraries. The restaurant was superb and accomodating (we are vegetarian), and offers unusual local dishes. Peaceful pool area with shaded seating and breathtaking views of the ocean.

Stayed here for part of our honeymoon--cannot reccomend Santa Barbara highly enough! World-class location, fantastic staff, great restaurant on site, easy access to gorgeous beach with perfect bar--honestly can't wait to come back!

Beautiful seafront location and grounds. Large rooms with lovely decor. Great food.

Not a complaint about the hotel itself, but the black sand beach has a lot of washed up rubbish. It would be great if the local authorities could clean the beach so it doesn't go straight back into the ocean. Otherwise the beach is absolutely beautiful.

Oh, I am in love with this place: the room, surrounding area, service, food - all were perfect. We stayed in the room with the pool. It was cold to swim, obviously, but nice to look at. The view on the ocean and mountains is breathtaking. Sunrise paints your room in different colors, tiny birds play and sing on the grass in front of the house every morning. Perfect. And they prepared special tea ritual every evening for us.

Our 1 bdr garden unit with the hot tub was perfect for our one week stay. Attention to details in every aspect; beautiful linens, spa gowns & slippers, candles; herbal tea and sleep mist delivered late afternoon each day was welcomed after our touring; loved the double wide concrete tub; kitchen was small but served our needs perfectly with a cooktop stove, small fridge and all of the dishes/pans required for your stay; housekeeping service every day and a wonderful breakfast that I did not initially know was included but enjoyed. A la carte selection and service was great. Loved the views from the dining room looking over the ocean; our visit in Feb did not allow us to swim in the infinity pool but we enjoyed walks on the beach to watch the big waves. We had one dinner i n the dining room which was very good - I went out of my comfort zone and had cauliflower steak which I would have again. They grow their own herbs and veggies. Parking was plentiful and only a 20 drive to the airport. Good Proximity to everything in the island. This resort truly exceeded our expectations and we would return again.

There was not anything that we did not like.

Amazing location! Couldn't choose better - probably the best hotel on the island. We booked other hotel first (five stars) and our friends told us not to make the same mistake as they did. We booked Santa Barbara Eco Beach Resort according to their recommendation and I think we owe them a nice bottle of wine.

1.moldy smell underneath sink in kitchen2. Interiors of the rooms, cheap materials used and not functional such as glass soap containers, and no hand soap.3. Wall units for air conditioning and heat (smelly/cheap)The greenhouse spa workout area. Not clean, not enough gym equipment slippery by the Jacuzzi Rusty. No lockers, no sauna, plants not maintained. 4. The staff seem like they want to do well, but I get the feeling they are poorly managed. I never saw the assistant manager the entire time I was there, and the manager was away.5. Disappointed with the options and quality of the food for lunch and dinner
