Location was awesome 15 minute drive to main city and great location. Hotel right on the ocean. Great breakfast and awesome amenities. Staff was amazing and very attentive!!!!

I enjoyed absolutely everything about this hotel except the breakfast and parking. The location was beautiful, the views were amazing, the room was fantastic. The indoor pool was great.

Breakfast - The settings should be set before you open (inside and outside). We arrived when it opened, 1/4 of the food wasn't out yet. We arrived at 9:30 and there were no eggs, bacon, or most of the fruit. No coffee cups. Exactly the same every day.

Great location, friendly staff, wonderful island. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The breakfast could be better and fresher!

The breakfast was all the same each day. It would be nice if this changed. Would love a omelette station. The staff were the absolute friendliest. The front desk staff became like friends to us. Extremely helpful when my father fell at a tourist location and was bleeding. Always coming over to great us and ask how everything was going. The best!

Wish the game room and pool was open later. Would have loved an outdoor pool bar and food as the restaurant staff was not tending to those laying by the pool.

Location was perfect for our plans to explore the whole island in our rental car but also excellent for getting to our boat excursion and out and about to all the different amenities of the city.

The staff were pleasant and answered all our questions. They provided great dining suggestions and places to visit.

Dining room menu was limited.

The pools and saunas and proximity to the beach. Breakfast was exceptional. Rooms and views very nice. Proximity to sights very good.

Location is great - very convenient and easy to get around the island; room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, AC worked well; lobby is nice and comfortable

Food is not great, The ocean view is beautiful, but there's a large unkept area leading up to the ocean in your view

Breakfast was first rate. Drinks and food great at all hours. Fantastic view of the ocean. Easy walk to the cute little town, and to watch the surfing at Santa Barbara (as well as outside our hotel). Spa was really great. Totally exceeded our expectations.

We were invited to ask for a late checkout, which we needed, and then were refused when we asked for one. Not sure why, place didn't seem crowded, but a little disappointing.

Location, room, staff very helpful!

Perfect location for traveling around the island and beautiful view every day. Located within walking distance to essential shops though the town center is a drive. Staff were very helpful, good buffet breakfast and amazing warm pool in the spa. Also occasional live music in the lounge.

our only request would be a night light for the bathroom!

The rooms are beautiful, especially having a beach ocean view, that was one of the main reasons we stayed. The rooms were comfortable, and the service was good when we needed something. Having the breakfast included was nice every morning.

We didn’t find there was a ton of other restaurants around but enough if we wanted to walk to get a bite to eat. The breakfast was mediocre, I didn’t try everything because some of it didn’t look overly appetizing. The rooms were great but I got bit one of the nights and unfortunately had a bad reaction.

Great staff and service, very welcoming. Great sea view, close to the beach. The rooms are very big. Very good breakfast. A lot of free parking spaces.

Missing privacy in the bathroom, even when you pull down the shade, the other person in the room can see you inside.Also, it's not acoustic enough.

Very large rooms and bathrooms. Great water pressure and hot water. Very good breakfast - large variety of food. Gave us breakfast boxes to take with us to the airport on our early flight.

Very large population due to tourism, breakfast was super busy and guests are ruthless for the breakfast lol beach was a walk and the waters are rough. Unless you’re surfing or planning on playing in the sand, beach waters won’t work out. Pool was nice but not the best for families since it is focused on a spa-vibe . Also, limited seats. I wish there was entertainment and more for the kids to do- there was a simple play room with coloring and the game room required to pay for air hockey, but free pool.
