Ambassador Hotel Thessaloniki

There are abundant parking spaces very close to the entrance. The room size is comfortable and so is the bed and the bathroom. The view from the rooms is gorgeous. The hotel is dog friendly and the dogs can also come to the restaurant with the owners which is a great feature from this hotel. The breakfast is fine, not fantastic but good enough for a few days.

The staff was smoking heavily every day in the kitchen and the cigarette smoke spread all over the restaurant area. It was quite unpleasant.

A good solid hotel. Very nice staff, they packed our breakfast for us as we left early for our flight, made sure we even had coffee at 6:00 a.m. ???Close to the airport- but further from the city.

The pool , breakfast was really good, staff so friendly and the relaxing atmosphere, convenient location it’s also pretty close to Thessaloniki airport…

The attitude of the staff was superb!!!They anticipate pot every wish …..they are simply amazing,Dora at the pool and the workers generally were super friendly and wonderful!!! I would definitely be back !

The showers were not very convenient and smelled like mildew,they definitely need updating

Employees in general are good. Pool side help need better customer service.

Poor internet connection, 5.1 Mbps is terrible for 3 star hotel. Better insect control required.

The pool area and poolside service was great.

We didn’t get to stay longer! ?. Beds were a little soft for my preference.

The rooms need updating. The bathroom door had water damage and the walls had markings all over.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice, big pool. Plenty of sunbeds and parking space.

The shower stall is a little tight.

It was very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed the pool area

The wait staff at the pool area stopped by one time. I initially said I may get something later, but she did not come back again to check on us.

It is not possible to walk in the area outside the hotel, only travel by car.

All convenient place great breakfast and very very welcoming personnel.

The breakfast was good as they made us a special vegetarian salad with couscous. We were not expecting this so it was a nice surprise.

As vegetarians, the dinner choices were not very good, and we did not enjoy the food offered to us for dinner.
