    Cons -

    • The check-in and ouut hours, but the hotel was really comprehensive and accomodate us at their best. Thanks again.
    • I think one of the guests was smoking Marijuana. Because it smelled so bad like it on our floor.
    • The bathroom in the rooms was a little tight, but I found that to not be uncommon for many hotels in Greece.

The concierge who greeted us at check-in was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Each room we had included a balcony view of the city, and the view of Sparta from the top-floor patio was stunning. The patio also included a table and chairs and a two-person swing, which was perfect to take in the mountainous scenery in the distance. This hotel is in a great central location to many shops and cafes, and I was impressed by the security procedures after 10 PM.

The bathroom in the rooms was a little tight, but I found that to not be uncommon for many hotels in Greece.

The staff were so kind and helpful and they kept the hotel really clean and tidy. The breakfast was tasty and much appreciated.

One morning the breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the crowd.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable in. The location was perfect.

Wonderful hospitality, excellent breakfast, great location, clean and nice room with balcony, a tad small but very comfortable and functional.

We were given the wrong room by the lady who checked is in. She was very nice but did admit she had made a mistake and refunded the difference. As we only stayed one night it wasn't a big problem.

    The bathroom was extra tiny.

    8StevePosted on: 4-28-2025

It's a very functional hotel. Everything worked. Good location in the centre. Nice staff. Easy parking nearby. Town has a friendly feel.

Room was not very small. I have had smaller rooms in Paris. But it was the smallest room of all our 7 Greek Hotels (although the bathroom was big) so if you need a big room maybe not for you.

Nice room, breakfast, very friendly staff, center of town

    Bathroom needs renovating

    8SunilPosted on: 3-8-2025

There was little problem in the bathroom with no place to put your soap or shampoo in the shower stall. All it took was one simple request to have them come and install not only a dish to hold shampoo in the shower but also one near thre sink also, though we didn't even complain about that, breakfast was great and plentiful. The staff were very nice too. They helped us out after we had been robbed at the Sanctuary of Oretha Artemis. They assured us that they would mail us any additional stuff police would recover, after the initial recovery that returned my insulin, blood sugar monitor, medical supplies some important documents and travel book. This was way beyond the call of duty.

Parking was a bit of a chore but it couldn't be helped as the city was doing construction work and had blocked the parking spaces in the median in front of the hotel.

Very helpful staff. We were upgraded to a large room which was actually 2 rooms with a connecting door. There was a big shared ballcony. Due to low occupancy (and we may have been the only ones in the hotel) we were asked to indicate in advance our breakfast requests and requested time and they even offered room service. Location easy to find in the center. Big rooms.

Small elevator that only goes up to the 4th floor out of 5. Very outdated rooms. In one of the rooms, half of the lights didn't work and in the bathroom there was really no possibility of natural ventilation (there is something that shouldn't be called a window). Also, in the bathroom, there was a small and not luxurious bathtub. In the other bathroom, the light is above the sink, but the shower and toilet are in a kind of inner alcove that is not lit at all and the window is inside the shower. The shower only has a curtain that has seen better days. There is tremendous potential for the hotel and it's a shame it's not being realized. On the side of the balcony there is an unrenovated part that would be better if it were closed for safety reasons. The rooms have wall-to-wall carpets that have also seen better days. There is construction work all over the street and it is difficult to find parking nearby.

It was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff member was very helpful.

    Clean. Great location. Friendly staff.

    Room was very small.

The location is good, but the road is built at the door.

The air conditioner doesn't heat, and it's too cold to sleep at night.

Clean, Spacious Room. Central Town location with shops and restaurants nearby. Can walk to ancient sites. Lovely view from balcony.

In busy times parking could be difficult. We found a spot 150m up the road

    9DavidPosted on: 11-12-2024

The hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of Sparti, making for an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful. Nikos was wonderful and went above and beyond, not only in making sure we were comfortable at the hotel but in making sure we found anything we needed in Sparti. Will definitely stay there again.

    10DannyPosted on: 10-30-2024

The location was great, close to all the museums in the area. The bed and bathroom was very clean and pleasant
