    Pros +

    • The interior design of the hotel is very nice, warm, comfy, cosy. The room was very clean every day during our 6 days of accomodation.
    • The hotel is very close to the ski resort. Breakfast is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful, even without speaking English fluently.
    • Very nice staff, good breakfast, good localization, ski pass near

    Cons -

    • The internet connection was poor in our room. We had internet only around the reception and breakfast area. In the room we had to use our roaming internet.
    • Despite the advertisement, there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment; guests must go to the hotel room to access it. The apartment doesn't have a mountain view; instead, it overlooks a street and the opposite building, requiring you to keep the curtains closed. Additionally, heating is a major issue, as the radiators are sometimes warm and sometimes cold.
    • - Arriving in good time to be given a quick tour of property but totally remiss of proprietor to not (knowing we were on a ski holiday) mention about booking ski passes with a discount - we paid full price at the lift pass office the next day. Something we only spotted on a non-obvious sign in reception during the week.- Bathroom, especially shower, long overdue an update. - Really poor ski room facilities - see photos - really missing boot heaters given clientele, nothing dries properly.- Radiator sounds like a small garden waterfall feature for 20-30 mins evening and then early morning ~06:30- Lighting in the rooms is LED strip and quite far towards the 6500K i.e. stark - soft/warm reading light nearer bedside would be preferred.- Paper thin walls - so much noise from adjacent rooms.- Breakfast times 07:30-10:00 seem generous but not suitable for all sadly; during ski season with the first buses at 07:45/08:15 this results in wolfing down your breakfast rather than simply enjoying it from 07:00 for instance.- Hard to communicate sometimes in English - apologies for not knowing more (any useful) Italian but this may be a consideration.- Slightly awkward exchanges with staff.- "Mountain View" a strong phrase for the view only possible if you stand on your tip-toes to peek out of the skylight!

    - attention to detail in taking pride in the look and feel of the property (with the exception of ski room)- attentive staff - barely ever a wait to be served at breakfast or at the reception desk- Breakfast plentiful and no chance of going hungry- Nice chill out area with lovely decorations and comfortable seating- Great to have teas and cake areas on both floors- Wifi great- Towels got changed everyday- Room service (daily!) excellent - Warm fires lit making it very homely - pity can't have one of these in the ski room!

The rooms are very nice and cosy, with a great view on rhe mountains. Very clean. The owner and the stuff very friendly and welcoming, also helpful for any need or request. Very good breakfast and location, near interesting cities and plenty of activities to do for the whole family.

Loved the breakfast with ample variety , just needed to get used to being served. The owners and staff were over accomodating and provided many good advise on the area.

The fact that we had to leave.

Good hotel for those with their own car, nothing to do in the village, even the only shop is open a couple of hours a day.The room is cleaned every day.

The hotel is like in the days of covid 19 , these women only give everything themselves.Even tea can not make yourself.Do not disgrace and do not save money, if it is a buffet, then give people the opportunity to take what they want.Nothing hot for breakfast ,every day the same.Soundproofing between rooms is terrible, it's not there at all.

Super cosy and nice hotel. I loved the design. The staff is very nice and helpful ? I felt positive vibes there. I wish I could stay longer!

The breakfast: you have to ask for one slice of jam etc, and in Italian as the person doesn't speak other languages (not even basic words), you can't take things (and already limited) by yourself. Nothing warm like scrambled eggs.

it was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were soo helpful. Breakfast was lovely. recommend this place 100%. we had a car so drove to slopes about 5 mins away but there is a free bus and the stop is just outside.

Lovely staff, family run business across multiple generations. Very kind, very flexible, always smiling and very accommodating with all our needs. Ample parking, great breakfast, warm cozy rooms and all toiletries included. All in all, a very good stay!

cozy new rooms, perfect bed, very nice stuff, great location, awesome breakfasts

    9BenPosted on: 2-15-2022

The property was clean and comfortable with lots of original building features to see, which made the stay more interesting. For skiing, it’s a short drive to Marilleva 900 lifts but is still offered at an excellent value point, which was one of the main attractions for us. There is a tea/coffee/biscuit trolley which is available all day and is topped us regularly.

The beds and pillows were very hard (after a day’s skiing). Also, there’s not much in the town of Fucine. Ossana (1km away) offers a couple of restaurants to choose from.

Nicola was very kind.We had Christmas here and skid every day. It's very convenient to ski areas.

We will come back for sure.We had a great 5 days over Christmas

    probably only the breakfast

old apartments and old whole hotel…very old and dirty bathroom, all walls yellowed either from dirty or from age…the room was also dirty and I even have to catch few spiders on the wall…I do travel a lot but this is the worst thing I got for such amount of money…

    9KarolinaPosted on: 2-21-2024

    Superb

No wi fi in apartments; need to go out to have breakfast
