There for a very short lay over. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, within easy walking distance of all amenities and the beach.

Parking was tight

- terrace- well working AC- private parking for car

- no refirigerator and kettle in the room- only 2 electric sockets- very small trash can- breakfast was mediocre: please charge 5eur more per night but get proper orange juice. Your orange juice is just water with a little bit of taste, really poor. Also sausages taste like paper.

Rooms are air conditioned, staff is friendly & helpful. Everything is very helpful.

Troubling bringing heavy suitcases up & down the stairs. Not enough parking spaces.

Convince to walk to town. Simple clean room . No fridge. Bed very firm. Parking on site.

They have different comfort rooms but prices same, some rooms climate not heating They can make to repair with drill at 09:00 when you sleep

The hotel itself is ok, nothing special, it's an average 3* hotel. But the staff was absolutely amazing. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I was there at Christmas time, and they made extra sure that I had everything I needed. On the 24th they closed the hotel - everyone went home to celebrate -, and gave me a private key to the hotel, so that I could come and go. I had the entire hotel to myself, they showed me inside the bar to have drinks as I wised. So overall, this was a very special Christmas for me. I wanted to spend it on my own, that's why I travelled and weren't at home. But I didn't think I'd have my private hotel. So it was extra special.

Location was perfect because of the short way to the airport.No breakfest because of the check out at 5:00 am.

This hotel is near the airport, which is ideal if your flight departs on the early morning. At fhe reception they can manage a taxi. If you like sandy beach, this hotel is a good choise because tha praia is just few minutes walk. I have been here 4 times. Breakfast is also good.

The cabinet in the bathroom was broken. ( room 107)

Location near airport for early flight. Pool area needs updating....was clean but shabby.

Bathroom was huge but old fixtures. Smelt musty/drains The building felt unloved.It was difficult to find staff. Rang bell twice and waited some time to check in. I would have bought drinks at the bar but couldn't see anyone!

breakfast was reasonable. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge.

I have stayed there for years...This year my last week I got bitten by bugs.i went to the pharmacy and the girls said it was bug bugs and they sold me a cream .Changed ro rooms inconvenient...Than I go to another room and first day no air..Went to see the girl she told the owner ..they came and said it was up well it was up than down for over 5 days I was pissed it was hot and I had another reservation for a week after that still no air-conditioned..they refunded me 280 euros. Though that was a jokeI was told after we left they had people to sevice the air-conditioned.But it tool 5 days no air maybe 5 mins it went up and down they knew that and prtented it was up...Even though I reported everyday...Might never stay there again.

Location. Staff very nice, esp. Catarina on reception, and sweet kitchen staff.

Would like a few hooks in the rooms. To hang clothes, bags, etc. very helpful for travelers, esp. women.

Location was good of the hotel, the employees were very professional and nice, they were very helpful when you needed something.

The shower curtain was dirty

The rooms were very comfortable. Air conditioning was a blessing, considering the hot & humid weather.

It was a great location. Walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Staff was also very friendly.

Convenient for our overnight stay as we arrived at midnight and had to be at the airport early the following day. 24 hour front desk.
