Hotel Branco I

Staff were great and very helpful . Taxi didn¿t show up when they were supposed to at 5 in the am but owner got out of bed to drive us to airport. While the furnishings and hotel are old the room were spotless and we were pleasantly surprised given.

Would definitely stay here again

Friendly staff! Great location to walk to the center and main strip. Clean room and bathroom which is a must! The AC works perfect for a great night of sleep after all the fun during Festa! Highly recommend for an affordable stay!

The older couple who checked me in were sweet, and started the experience nicely. The room had all I needed and was laid out efficiently, so I had a nice stay. It's an easy walk down to the center of Praia da Vitoria, where there are plenty of dining and shopping options, and it's not too far from the main attractions in the town. Super close to the airport, just a 5 minute ride (or a 40 minute walk)

The lighting is harsh but that seems to be typical of this level of lodging

The breakfast is a continental breakfast which is exactly what I like and expected.The room is very comfortable, everything is very clean, the staff very professional and helpful and the location is perfect. Yes I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

There is nothing I did not like here at hotel Branco. I am very comfortable and the wi-fi is perfect.

The room was basic, and functional. It is generally clean. The breakfast is good.

The room smelled bad! I am not sure where the smell came from.

Nice place not far from town centre. Open 24 hours. Private bathroom in the room.

Very basic breakfast. The sun blinds need to be changed as damaged.

Really enjoyed speaking to the owners. They were very accommodating. Willing to hold my luggage after checkout and arrange shuttle service to the airport. They also have car rentals on hand if anyone wants to rent one. Nice little breakfast offering. The location is terrific. A short walk down to the beach and into the Center of town. Grocery stores less than a 10 min walk away as well.

The Matress is a bit on the harder side.

The bathroom toilet water would not stop running...all night it was water was filling in the toilet tank...finally I had to get up and shut the water off going to the toilet to not hear the water constantly run.Tv...every channel had poor signal...every channel had snow so it was clearly a cable connection which should be addressed...you can't watch anything clearly.

Walking distance from shore and grocery. Super clean.

The location was ideal. The staff were super friendly. Rooms were air conditioned which was a plus given the extreme heat.

Many stairs requiring help with suitcases. No a/c in the main areas of the hotel. Rooms were dated but otherwise acceptable. Very stingy with body wash and shampoos.

The lady was nice

Nothing to drink. Not even water for sale. Both windows were left open in the room and washroom window was also open when we arrived and large cockoroaches were in the room.

Close to the airport and near to stores. The whole island is easily & quickly navigable. There was easy parking since I had a rental car. Lovely staff.

My room was infested with mosquitos and I might have also seen a bed bug. Needless to say I didn’t sleep and it was awful. I want a refund, though I doubt you do that.

Good for the smslm money. Location is fine you csn walk to the center. Staff was polite room was clean.. has a/c . Breakfast very limited and not included. ⁷

The room was clean and provided exactly what I needed at that price.I was happy I was able to leave my luggage in a secure room for a few hours after checkout, until I had to leave for the airport.

The pillow was very hard and overstuffed.I could have really used a glass in the room so I could drink water.

Clean and the staff was great.

Bed was a bit short and i'm 178cm tall. Mattress was really hard and there was no sound isolation at all, i could hear everything from outside and inside the building.
