Atlantida Mar Hotel

The staff were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The view from the room and pool area was also fantastic.

The air conditioner in our room did not work so it made it very difficult to sleep at night.

The island overall doesn't have access to atms . Hotel had no restaurant but nearby were good

Very cosy hotel on the seaboard. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean and everything is well maintained. No Not very luxurious but functional, you have all you need. Breakfast buffet is exceptional! It's a short (10') walk to the old town and there are a couple of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. Highly recommended for a short (family) trip.

Nothing negative to report.

This was a perfect and superb stay, the only thing - it was too short. Excellent modern room with an ocean view, super comfy bed. Great delectable breakfast with so many options. Friendly and helpful staff. Covered jacuzzi and gym, outdoor swimming pool. Great location. Backyard door leads to the oceanfront path connecting to downtown to the north in one direction, and to the Praia da Riviera to the south in the other direction. All amazing!

Breakfast was great, coffee (self-serve, machine - the best way) was great, pool was great regularly cleaned, descent size and various depths, shower outside, sauna next to the pool, ocean across the bike path, 20 min walk to centre of town and a great beach, great location, nothing better to wish for!

Our room for four had a room divider, which is nice when travelling with younger kids. The breakfast had a good variation with some local products, as well as the usual hot and cold options. The pool was not heated and a little too cold on cloudy days, but nice and refreshing on sunny days.

Location good and parking good.

Rooms seemed a bit tired looking. Breakfast was mediocre.

This hotel is truly wonderful. It’s in a great location—close to town and just a short walk to Praia da Vitória’s central beach. The beach is also easily accessible on foot. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff is fantastic. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and all the facilities were fully operational—the pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym.The hotel is absolutely worth every penny. As for the negative reviews we had read before arriving—they didn’t match our experience at all. Everything worked perfectly during our stay. We’ve been to many places, and this hotel truly stands out. We stayed as a family with two adults and two children, and everything was very comfortable.

I loved how close the hotel was to everything in Praia and i love how clean the whole hotel was , the breakfast was amazing i will 100% be staying here my next visit to Terceira

The only down side was i was looking forward to the hot tub amenity but the heater was not working.

Nicely located close to everything with beautiful ocean views & walking along oceanfront. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The included breakfast is exceptional.

It was easy to access from and to the airport when I had a very early departing flight.

The room was hot and stuffy but when I turned on the air conditioner, it blew cold air right on my head all night so never got comfortable.

We loved everything. The room had an amazing sea view and the beds were so comfortable! Each morning we enjoyed the amazing breakfast, and the staff was so nice!

Overlooked the water. Easily walked to our dinner locations. Breakfast was very nice.

Breakfast included. Free parking. Very friendly staff. Beautiful views from the room. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, beach and city center.

This a great hotel, in a good location offering excellant value for money. We had a junior suite with a view over the pool and harbour, the bed was very comfortable with good size balcony. The lounge area was a real bonus and the whole hotel has quality WIFI. The hotel is located in a quiet location.The huge choice for the breakfast included was amazing with lots of locally sourced produce on offer. All the staff are very freindly and helpfull and arranged a taxi for us back to the airport.The hotel is on the main bus route to Angra, and a short walk along the sea front to Praia. There are restaraunts and bars all in a short walk.

During our stay the Jacuzzi was out of order which was disapointing, but didnt spoil our stay.

THE VIEW was gorgeous! i enjoyed sunrise from my bed. Friendly staff. Very clean. lots of selection for breakfast. its a relaxing and PEACEFUL place. i highly recommended it.

The staff, from receptionists like Ana, Raquel & Natacha to restaurant server (name has escaped me-Mafalda?) to housekeeping (Lissandra and colleagues) were both extremely helpful, dedicated, and friendly. It was also the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The rest of the hotel matched this. Spectacular view, a bit removed from center of Praia but a pleasant foot path takes you to the very chill marina/beach area as well as transit hub.

It’s a bit too modern for me, too gentrified maybe. Like a Disney resort take on the Azorean themes. And while it’s well worth the cost, I feel the price for offseason (I was there in winter, after holidays) could have been a bit lower.
