Kyparissia Beach Hotel

Amazing hotel with an excellent breakfast and service. Rooms were very clean, beds comfy, kids loved the area, close to shops and restaurants and a great pool on location.

The location and the price.

The hotel stunk of cigarettes to the extent that the towels and bed linen smelt.

I stayed 2 nights in January 2025.Everyone was very kind.The room was clean.The shower water hot.The heater was working.There was a towel hangins device in the balcony.The breakfast was abundant and tasty.The wifi worked well.From that hotel we were able to visit a lot of nice sites: Methoni, Pylos, Nestor's palace, natural wonders, Archeo Olimpus...Recommended.

I liked everything except that sometimes someone was smoking inside and the smell of cigarettes ? makes me very nauseus. I suggest that they are more strict about not smoking inside.Other than that I liked everything else.

no iron in room , air condition very old very slow to get the room cold enough. tiny balcony, location not a lot happening around the area not the hotels fault..price overall too much for what you get .

The location was perfect. The pool was great, (although a little deep for children).The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I would really recommend staying here, the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, Giorgios at the reception was very welcoming and helpful, he gave us good advice for places to visit to make the most of our stay. We had an amazing rich breakfast, sitting next to the lovely pool, in the outdoor space tastefully decorated and with beautiful flowers. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view on the sea.

the beds were comfortable

quite disappointing after the many great ratings. maybe it was due to the fact that the hotel had just open the day before but when we entered the room it smelled strongly like perfume, when we entered the room later in the night again and it went away we realized it was to cover the smell from smokes! we later realized one staff member also smoked in the lobby. During the night we realized that our AC wasn’t working. Some of the staff could be more polite and caring about guests, in our opinion still too over priced for what you get.
