Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Porto Heli

The beach, the pool were all great. Everything was perfect. I liked that we were not too far from the town, which has some very good restaurants. We also enjoyed the short boat trip to Spetses.

The hotel is modern, spotless, and perfectly located. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay wonderfully calm and relaxing.

The TV in our room was faulty and the casting feature didn’t work well. We also booked a “Seaview” room, but the view was more of our neighbor’s balcony than the sea.

Room was large and very good it would be better if they put 2 chairs in the room breakfast good but could be better to other hotels i visited but its okpool area very goodstaff ok on reception better to have some practice on English girls on the bar was perfect .......... The location is fantastic not too far from the marina but far enough to enjoy the quiet atmosphere. They have a fabulous view on Porto Heli Marina, probably one of the best views we’ve had whether from the restaurant or from our room. The view on the marina is really a masterpiece. The food was good even if we had the feel that the staff was overwhelmed during peak hours…the room was very spacious with a large bathroom and more than enough space for 2 adults + 1 kid. It was the biggest room we’ve stayed in Greece beyond 50sqm which is generous. The pool was also quite nice with a view on the beach even if it can be crowded in the summer but acceptable.

The beach was not appropriate for swimming at all. There was plenty of seaweed, I even found a dead crab on the beach. Definitely not meant for swimming, since it is too close from the marina. Of course not too many things to do at the hotel since there are so many things to do outside particularly yachting or exploring beaches in the surroundings.

The service, wow what a service.. Everything you need on time. Nice and great.Breakefest with whatever you need, giving you water all the time that you ask for for free. It is not a big costs and make your stay wonderful. I wish other can learn.Really everything you need you will get.The pool and hotel rooms are great. But service and staff wins.

We took the familey room with privet pools for familey with 2 big teenagers.I did not realize this is an open space, they could at least build some small wall or big closet between.The shower is huge however no doors between shower and toilets, no places to hang towels inside shower, it makes it impossible to use for more than one and this is hard for familey of four.There is a bath outside the shower in the open room. Again can't work with familey.The lights in the shower also opens the light in the bath inside the room. So if one go to toilets he will open the light for all the rest.It is very small detaila that they can fix easily and improve a lotI am sorry i did not tell them at the end.Anyway it is still 10, but that room for 4 with pool ia only for small children'sOur friends that's split rooms for kids found that amazing

The customer service was incredible. The staff were courteous, attentive and went above and beyond. Incredible staff. My daughter forgot a very expensive purse at restaurant. Two days later when she realized, i went to front desk and it was in the back office. Thank-you so much. Ranks as possibly best hotel stay ever.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Nikki Beach Hotel!The staff all around the hotel — from the pool team to the breakfast crew and everyone in between — were so friendly and welcoming.The food was outstanding, and the pool was perfect, with great music and a fantastic DJ creating the perfect atmosphere.Thank you for giving us truly unforgettable days!

I had a great stay overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great air conditioning and cozy beds. The Wi-Fi was decent and worked fine for general browsing. What really stood out was the staff — incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and straightforward.Prices at the hotel (and nearby restaurants) weren’t exactly cheap, but also not unreasonable for the area.Still, the overall experience was very positive and I’d be happy to return — especially thanks to the excellent service by the staff.

The only minor downside was the sea in the bay area — it wasn’t very clear, a bit murky, and had quite a bit of seaweed, which made swimming less appealing.

Location is amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was vast, very comfortable and had large private pool, which was perfect on the intensely hot days.

There are some minor, basic maintenance issues, like bathroom sink stoppers not operating correctly without extra work and peeling paint on the outside areas. While delightful, the private pool and patio are fully exposed to the sun and the umbrella isn’t enough to provide shade all day. Some type of food & beverage service to the rooms with private pools would be wonderful, and likely easy to do with existing pool staff.

Everything…. it was a smokers paradise, screaming kids everywhere, mediocre food, not very clean and lots of damaged furniture and fixtures around the pool and beach

The properties beautifully located close to town, but still private. Our experience here has been amazing. The staff is outstanding. The food is amazing and the rooftop and the music is even better.

Our stay was very comfortable, the room was spacious and very clean. The facilities overall were very nice and the staff was very hospitable. The property is very child friendly as well, our child enjoyed the stay very much as well

Amazing hotel, the swimming pool is great and the beach is very nice. The rooms are big and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying there, the service was perfect!
