Staff and service is wonderful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff takes a lot of pride in the food and the service. The beach is nice.

The location, the spacious parking, the view.

The tap water is salty. The bathroom was small, the shower was lacking shower telephone hanging, a shelf for the shampoos etc, a handle to hold and a curtain. Also the sink was blocked ! It is a pity that, except the size, with a few cheap interventions, the bathroom would be far more comfortable and safe ! The exterior unit of the A/C was on the balcony floor. Consequently, almost half the balcony was unusable and the other half extremely hot while the A/C was on. The beach in front was sandy but poor.

Amazing view amazing location breakfast and dinner buffet unmeasurable !!! So yummy amazing place highly recommend !!!

I recently stayed at this hotel for three days, and the experience was highly disappointing. First and foremost, the room was old and definitely not renovated as promised. There were only three plugs in the entire room—one by the bed, one for the TV, and one outside of the bathroom. The building itself is extremely old, with the pool, restaurant, bar, and reception being the only areas nicely renovated; the rest were terrible.On the first day, I couldn't sleep due to the terrible smell in the room, likely from the cleaning chemicals. The water quality was another major issue—it wasn't filtered, making it impossible even to brush my teeth due to the high salt content. The same problem applied to the shower, which was extremely unpleasant.Upon entering the room, we had to ask for the shampoo dispensers to be refilled. The next day, we had to request a refill for the shower gel as well. The overall cleanliness was poor, to say the least.Most of the signages around the hotel is only in Greek, ( breakfast timings, activities, parking information) which was a significant issue for my boyfriend, who found it impolite and unaccommodating for guests who don't speak the language. This lack of consideration extended to the staff, who were generally unhelpful, with the exception of a kind lady working in the pizza restaurant. What is more, even if I informed the staff during check in that my boyfriend doesn’t speak the language, the continued giving information about our stay in Greek.The breakfast area was another letdown, as it was not cleaned properly. There was leftover food from the night buffet on the chairs and tables, which was quite off-putting.There are many more issues I could mention, but these points give a small description of the situation.

The water from the tap is not drinkable . Location I guess but good for bathing. Use bottled water for drinking.

The location of the property is amazing! The hotel is very good for family vacation. The owners are very kind and ready to solve every issue. It is more than value for money. We are very satisfied from Mr Petros who organizes different games for the kids. Also very good and responsible lifeguard next to the pool area.Thank you very much for our lovely holiday!

The Hotel is on the beach and also have a very nice pool. It is few minutes drive from Porto Cheli and KostaIt is isolated and quiteBreakfast is fine, there is a lot of selectionI suggest to select a room which is facing the sea, it may cost few more Euros but for sure it worth it

The bathroom is very small and very basic

The staff was super polite and ready to be of service. All areas, including the room, were very clean. Breakfast was good. The pool bar and the music were excellent. The beach beds were clean and comfortable.

The breakfast could be more diverse, and some felt a bit too oily for our taste (eg the omelette).

An excelent new hotel, at a great location with amazing view. The owmer & the whole staff are very kind and very kind & helpful. The most & best of all is the food as the great very experienced Chef (son of the owner) creates the most tasteful dishes ever.Highly highly recommended!!Thnk you

The facilities were great, especially for the kids. The staff were really nice and welcoming. Good value for money.

The rooms are a bit too old and not so nice, but good enough for the price we paid.

The restaurant was excellent…the breakfast was amazing! Great location and immediate access to beach! Great staff!

The sea by the hotel.

The breakfast needs improvement (better more tasty material).Television was not working.Internet had interuptions.The amount in the invoice, given to me by the hotel, was smaller (5 euros) than the price I paid at Booking.com (Did the hotel pass Booking.com charges to me?)

Location, pool and beach served Families very well.

Need: Filtered water, better mattress, larger room
