We booked for one night! Our car brokedown as we left the Port 7 days later we have a tremendous appreciation for ALL the staff who never let us down and helped us over our 7day wait for a garage that failed to repair the car, we had to hire to continue our journey. The support and care for us was like family!

WE have been in 5* hotels that have failed to give with there hearts, but just did there job!

Breakfast was very good. Great selection and started at 6 am.

The room was very small. We had 2 carry on roller bags and 2 large backpacks. There was not enough room to get into the luggage and still walk.

The breakfast was very good. There was plenty to choose from and all plates, utensils, etc were clean.

All was good.

We were there for the ferry terminal and the breakfast being open really early makes catching the 8.30 ferry very easy.The secure car Park is good and leaving bikes on the rack was no worry.

Super close for the ferry and with an early breakfast at 6. Couple of close restaurants.

Noisy outside but that's nothing the hotel can do about that.

Location, the people who work there are awesome, the public areas are very nice….breakfast was good …well I liked it

The rooms….while they have been upgraded, they are small n boxy and still old fashioned for example in the bathroom….however it is what it is and for the odd night here and there it’s fine…it’s no one’s fault ….

Convenient to the port, beach, and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant. Great breakfast. On site, secure parking is available.

Perfect location for overnight stay before catching the Portsmouth ferry. Breakfast available at 6.00am. Some nice restaurants nearby. And it’s got a bar. ?

No English channel on the TV .Room was a bit small.

Very basic tourist hotel at a reasonable if not great price. Its a very basic Ibis despite it being called an Ibis Styles so you know mostly what you are getting as they don't differ much. Still using glass glasses in the bathroom which is much nicer than plastic or paper.

Rooms small with no desk to use although a hospital style over bed table was provided. Only two electric sockets and one of those is for the bedside lamp. The other is below the television and not convenient for charging computers, phones etc. There is a bath with a shower head option but it looks as though they don't anticipate the bath being used as the soap dispenser is at shoulder height and even for the shower its awkward as its at the end of the bath away from the shower.

It is right next door to the ferry terminal which is great.

It’s a little pricey for what it is. It would be good to have usb plugs

Location was perfect for the ferry and D-Day landing beaches. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Rooms are very small and basic. No kettle, safe or air on in the room.

Breakfast was ok the location ideal as we were touring the d day beaches

The room only had 3 power points including one in the bathroom.

Location was great staff were very friendly and helpful hotel roomwas clean and comfortable a little small and basic could do with tea making facilities but generally good value

The location was excellent. The room was spotless. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our buffet breakfast - freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit salad, even vegan yoghurt and the bread was delicious. The room was small as described, but the bed was comfortable, and there was a good shower. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, as we arrived too late.

Last minute as usual due to customs checks late . Ideal location for early morning ferry. Receptionist at the hotel was excellent and made the stay a happy one.

Well situated for the ferry terminal. Quick check in. Parking easy. Breakfast good.

Plastic topper on the bed.

Close to ferry port. Secure parking.

Room was rather compact. Breakfast not as good as at other Ibis Styles we have stayed at - less choice of items.
