Located in the heart of Ouistreham, a 5-minute drive from the ferry port, Hotel Le Cozy Riva Bella is an ideal place to relax after a day spent discovering the Côte Fleurie and the D-Day landing beaches. One of the oldest buildings in Ouistreham, the hotel walls used to house a hospital during the First World War. Proud of the hotel's history, the owner has a photographic exhibition on the walls which trace the Chalet's evolution and its role in the city's history. Today, the hotel offers a bar with terrace overlooking the Rue de la Mer and a breakfast room. Set on Ouistreham's main shopping street, the hotel is also 492 feet from the beach, casino and thalassotherapy center.

Julian was very good Breakfast was fine room very clean.
Julien at the front desk was very nice & welcoming. Excellent customer service! They Accept check-ins til 18h, but they will text complete instructions if you come after 18h, just let them know in advance. Couldnt do breakfast, as we had a ferry to catch in the morning, but Julien did give us good restaurant recommendations for dinner. Comfortable bed, decent size room. Walking distance to ferry. Overall good value for your money. Good for one night. I would stay again to catch another ferry.

No toilet seat cover. No elevator. (Not a problem for us, but for some people it is). There was one plug on each side of the bed, which was good, but only 1 other plug in the room and it wasnt in the bathroom , it was under the desk. They do supply a hair drier, but you have to plug it in under the desk to dry your hair. Kinda awkward.
