    Pros +

    • Good location. Lovely balcony overlooking the mountains and sunset.
    • Porto Corsa is an amazing place. The hotel is located just above the beach and the pier area, not far from supermarkets and restaurants. Easy check-in and friendly staff.
    • Very good position. Parking always available. Simple self check-in

    Cons -

    • Extremely small bathroom.
    • The room is a bit old, furniture and decor could do with a bit of renovation.
    • Very old and not cured facility. The bed is really short and unconfortable. Bad assistance in booking the boat trip to Scandola and Girolata: they claimed preferential channels with boat services with bookings at the arrival at the hotel. Unfortunately, at that moment every option they proposed was already fully booked. Fortunately, we made a reservation on our own for a great boat trip!

Warm welcome, staff always very attentive and friendly, comfortable room with a beautiful large terrace, very clean, quiet and well working wifi. Everything I needed for a rainy day. There is also a little outdoor kitchen guests can use for lunch and diner.

The lady was kind to wait for us and help with some advice on car garage as we had some problems on the road. The summer kitchen was very handy to prepare food.

We enjoyed the hospitality of the owner and receptionist. The exceptional view of the mountain and the sea.The hotel grown tomatoes. The possibility to use the fridge and sometimes to cook a meal in the beautiful garden settings. The proximity of the nearby restaurants and shops. Being close to a camping site, beautiful walking trails, the beach. The receptionist knows the area well and drew about 5 maps for us of special areas to visit in the areas nearby which the average tourist might not know about.

The receptionist was extremely helpful in trying to find solutions go accomodate us for an additional few nights. She I loved the setting, the view, the lovely garden in the back and the fact that we could use the hotel’s kitchen in the afternoon’a and evenings if we wanted to prepare our own meals.

Very kind stuff, amazing location with mountain view, very clean hotel and nice breakfast. Definitely value for money and they would provide with free coffee and water during the day, which is something you don't find easily in Corsica! Excellent job!

That I stayed for only two days, but will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic view from terase. Very nice host. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen. All is perfect.

    9GlennPosted on: 5-10-2023

The hotel owner is lovely and helpful. My room had a private balcony with a spectacular mountain and sea view. The outdoor garden with kitchen facilities is a real bonus. The restaurant next door is superb..

The bed is ok. Could be a little softer.

the view of the balcony, and spacious family room

toilet flush takes long time to fill

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet is a very good deal for the price! Our room was big, had a big terrace (sadly only half of the separation from the adjoining public smoker's area), a newly renovated bathroom, enough space for the luggage and was clean. The even have an outside kitchen with a fridge - very handy. Also, the room was very quiet at night.

The mattress was very dented and there is no A/C (which didn't bother me in september but might be uncomfortable in summer).

    6VanessaPosted on: 9-27-2021

The lady on the front desk was so lovely and friendly. The terrace in our room and the use of the kitchen were great.

An alarm went off at about 4am one night we stayed. We evacuated because we thought it was a fire alarm. There were no staff present to tell us what to do or to inform us it was safe to go back inside. The room was expensive and the terrace next to us was used for smoking so we could always smell it on our terrace.

The property is “âgée” but in the frame of beautiful Porto it just seemed appropriate. We loved the vintage vibe. very clean and windows on garden with view on the mountains. Nice staff. Easy to access. Close enough to the movida.

Blankets were not top, but it’s a mini-minor detail.

    9VivianaPosted on: 9-11-2021

The staff was always very kind, available and helpful. The bedroom was simple but clean. We really appreciated the possibility to use the outdoor kitchen.

The fan was dusty but when we told them, the staff immediately cleaned it.Finding a parking lot could be difficult sometimes.
