- Overall
- Great staff (geoege was very helpful), the room was super nice with a great view of the sea.
- Right across from the ferry terminal and an easy walk along the promenade to tavernas, cafes and shops. The room was very comfortable and we had a shared terrace overlooking the water. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Nothing bad to say. There is some street noise but that’s to be expected on the main road.
- There is no elevator in the property, which we knew -but the reception for the hotel, the breakfast area and beautiful outdoor Terrace facing the harbor and also our upgraded room with the Seaview was a gentle climb of some very wide outside steps to the main entrance which is on the side of the hotel. We are arrived from the high-speed ferry from Athens in the afternoon, but there was no one in the reception and no signs to tell us to go back down to the ground level restaurant and let someone know we arrive so they could give us our key and show us the room. We are an elderly couple and my husband is handicap, but we had no problem if we just took it slow going up the exterior steps to the hotel entrance.
- my room had no view . it was facing another building so it lacked naturL light

The hotel itself, the helpful and kindness of George the owner, and the staff team, nice cafe by the hotel, the scenery.
We absolutely loved our stay at Dionysus. The room was huge and extremely clean. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. All of the staff were lovely and so helpful (we particularly liked Fani (spelling?).
Nothing bad to say. There is some street noise but that’s to be expected on the main road.
We had a triple room with a Sea view. The room was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. I originally had booked the double room without a view and decided to upgrade for the Seaview and the slightly larger room and very happy I did.

We liked everything about this hotel, the location, the service, the cleanliness, everything was perfect.
the room was big and comfortable. wi.fi was strong and reliable. location was excellent. just few minutes walk from the port in poros town and near a big supermarket
my room had no view . it was facing another building so it lacked naturL light
Theis hotel is very well located just in front of the harbor and free public parking. It is ideal if you travel with your own car. It has just been thoroughly renovated. The staff is very agreable, there is a handy coffee shop at the ground floor.
Although it has been renovated, the mattresses were not really comfortable, the shower had a silly system for temperature control.
location great as 2 min walk to ferry
the glass of price of wine was 3.00 each.
Location, and room
Difficulty with rm keys ( our problem)The amount of stairs to the room. Outside noise at night.
Very pleasant/friendly/helpful staff and perfect size room and overall accommodations
I have stayed here many times. The hotel offers great value for money in a convenient location equidistant between town centre and Kanali beach. George and his team are easy to deal with and look after you during your stay.
Hotel bathrooms are a little dated but it compensates for that with value for money.Nothing negative to say otherwise.
We had a lovely room at the front of the Hotel with a sea view. The room was traditional and beautifully decorated and presented, with rustic wooden shutters. It had all modern facilities that we needed. The Hotel Manager was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived, providing information and a map of Poros. He also stored our luggage the following day, as we had a late ferry, and offered us shower and toilet facilities if we needed it when picking up our luggage. Thank you Sir.
Breakfast was not available at the time we stayed, but there were several excellent restaurants nearby that provided an excellent range of healthy local Greek breakfasts.
სასტუმრო Dionysos-ი მდებარეობს იდეალურ ლოკაციაზე. ქუჩები გადაჭედილია ტრადიციული ტავერნებითა და რესტორნებით. სანაპირო არის 20 წუთის სავალზე.
Great location, if you are staying more than a few days, I would recommend you book the rooms with the balcony as it’s a fantastic spot to sit on a night with a drink overlooking the harbour.
Nothing very rustic and typical Greek mansion house lovely
I could have find better
Smell of mold in bathroom Shower size ridiculous Mattresses really hard
Great location, just few meters from port and really near all necessities. The hotel is really nice and loved the terrace. The staff are really sweet and helpful. Kept our luggage after checking out. We were allowed to check in before the time too since room was ready.
Convenient location at one of the 2 Poros ports and the free town shuttle stop… very kind and caring owner… lovely room
Very polite staff and very clean and comfortable room! Cute, picturesque in a nice old fashioned way. Nice beach is walking distance!
