Pros +
- The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and the tub on the balcony was lovely. We appreciated having a gym (although it has no mirrors). The staff were pleasant and helpful. We were provided a terrific charcuterie board and wine as a welcome gift.
- We liked absolutely everything about this stay. Some of the best staff I've seen working in a Hotel, always looking to make our experience more enjoyable. The hotel, its surroundings and the facilities are very well put together, the warm swimming pools are amazing to relax in, the walks by the river, etc....The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities as the photos show. Will surely come back.
- Food, service and balcony jacuzzi.
Cons -
- The other guests were mostly families with small children. They were in every pool area (including the spa pools), the bar and of course the restaurant. Diapers were changed on chaise lounges. Children’s music from electronics overpowered the background music in the restaurant during breakfast. One child was coughing on the food at the breakfast buffet. There is even a children’s bouncy house in the cinema. Of course, families are entitled to holiday stays. We were just surprised at the number of children at a spa/wellness resort. Their presence inhibited our use of the pool and spa areas and interfered with our efforts to focus on relaxation. We were happy that we had only booked one night. Also, the spa services were mediocre and not worth the price, even with 30% off with pre-booking. We do not think that the facials and massage we experienced were done at a professional level.
- Nothing to note.
- What saved our stay was the food and some staff members service. Apart from that, nothing in the 2 bedroom serverd to hang the robe, coat, or wet clothing inside. The bathroom has just two hangs to hang the towels, and so much wall available. The shower had limestone and some brown (rust?) think on shower floor. The mattress was not a 5 star mattress, specially for a family apartment of this price. The water is amazingly hot and you can control the temperature very well. We had a welcoming snack board which was good but after lunch I don't appreciate cheese with chorizo and bread. Amazingly glood pumpkin marmellate though. The spa was a big disappointment, the water had chloride flakes floating, very dark Turkish bath and sauna, and hair cap is mandatory for the pool, although we didn't see any mention on their website and we looked for it. Also photos on their website suggested is not needed. The pools were so small that didn't take a crowd for them to be crowded. The space outside near the river was awesome, but imagine gets crowded in the summer. The food was great and the staff were proper 5 star. Although we don't enjoy too much perfume.I would say it's a 4 star spa hotel with a service that exceeds expectations.Did I mention the food was great? Congratulations to the chef. The spa and room were very disappointing.

We had a room with a view to the river, which was beautiful. The room was comfortable with a kitchen and a nice balcony.Breakfast was very good and dinner was good.
There were no place to hang the towels .
We loved absolutely everything. The staff are very professional, helpful, nice at all time. The facilities are very well maintained and the services allow us to enjoy the stay in family. Very relaxing days
Nothing to register
Beautiful location, great facility, very welcoming staff.
Pretty good, relaxing location. Lots of activities available onsite. Room was very good overall. Pretty good sound insulation considering most of the guests had kids - including us! Staff is very, very friendly. Great for families - and we’re pretty picky
We stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast: plenty of offer but I wouldn’t say it’s on par with other 5* hotels. Toasts offered were dry, bread didn’t seem fresh. Mini breads were great though. Not enough labelling on food. Room: the apartment we stayed in was very decent but it didn’t feel 5*. Cupboard doors were crooked, shower mixer was working in the opposite way, hot gave us cold, cold ran hot water. This stuff can’t happen in these sort of hotels.
Great location in a green area plenty of trees and overlooking a very clean small river. Electric car charger. Very decent restaurant with a good chef and very nice and attentive staff. A small spa near overlooking a grass covered sun deck.
No relevant negative issues. Very pleasant in every aspect
This is a charming place in general, the staff were particularly pleasant and sweet, we loved their hospitality a lot. The nature and the river, also all the facilities (benches, hammocks, etc.) are very well thought. Ah, the food was very nice too. We loved our stay, thank you!
A few small things that could be improved: 1. in a room to put something at the entrance to hang jackets on; 2. maybe have some sources of drinking water around the territory and in the gym- fountains, bottled water, etc. 3. More indicators where the entrance to the restaurant is))
Great spa with an indoor thermal pool, exceptional service from all the staff, amazing location + facilities. The breakfast was also fabulous with a large buffet selection as well as freshly cooked options. Comfy beds, well equiped kitchen and living room. Nice details like a robe for our toddler + courtesy slippers. Lovely welcome pastries offered in our room as well as hassle-free addition of an extra guest and late checkout.
The buildings are separate so you need to walk outside, potentially in the rain, to get to the spa, bar or restaurant. It would've been nice to have a nespresso coffee maker in the kitchen. Some minor things that need maintenance but only if you're paying really close attention.
the place is quite with a little creek running near it , the rooms are specious and the hotel stuff are amazing. breakfast is a treat and the restaurant is great.
Amazing location, good facilities, clean apartments. Nice pools and riverside.
The restaurant is too expensive. The staff is really friendly but a bit young. A coffee machine in the appartements would be nice.
Amazing helpful staff, great pools and thermal spa.Room was very large spacious and had everything you need. Excellent breakfast selection. So relaxing.
the heated pools were excellent for the kids!
bad luck with some loud and inconvenient guests…
amazing staff, always able to support. the location is perfect, only nature even waterfalls.

Perfect for a family stay. Staff is very friendly and professional. Location is stunning. Food is very good.
Facilities, Friendly staff and good food
we loved everything about this place: the big stylish rooms, the wonderful breakfast and the nice river right in the hotel where we could use the sap and the kayaks. and most of all we liked the excellent staff: so kind and helpful. thank you ?
that we stayed only two nights…
the staff really tried and were truly lovely.
the property needs repairs; pools had algae; signs were broken; 40% of spa pools massages were not working; our apartment a/c was not working. the river dock needs repairs as nails and boards were sticking up.
