Excellent location of the hotel - both very central, but quiet, away from the noisy main streets. The view from the terrace was lovely. Aircons in both bedroom and main room (kitchen/living/dining room). There was free parking on site. We stayed at the start of August which is still peak season and the hotel was full, but we still could park the car. Parking spaces are such that cars block each other, but the lady at reception knows who is leaving when and she makes sure cars are moved around so you can leave whenever you need to. Decent facilities in the apartment. Can't comment on the pool as we never used it.

Lack of any warmth, a smile or any welcoming attitude from the receptionist was off putting.There was a thick layer of dust in many places - top of the fridge (at eye level), top of the microwave, the bed's headrest.The bathroom had the biggest problems. The shower holder was broken so you had to hold the shower head with one hand any time. The drain of the bathroom sink was leaking, the plug was broken and didn't properly retract. They did fix the leak when we told them though not fully as it was still dripping a bit throughout our hole stay. The kitchen had just enough utensils, plates and glasses for one meal for 2 adults with 1 child, but it would have been nice to have a few extra plates, cutlery, etc. not just the bare minimum. Overall nice hotel, but could use some update from old Bulgarian tourism practices. Needs, nicer staff, higher standards of cleanliness and a more abundant kitchen utlities.

I liked bedroom, bathroom, good kitchen and terrace.

A little bit small rooms. Recommendation for replacing TVs.

Pretty good location

There wasn't sea view. Apartment could be more clean, was hard to comunicate with the staff due to the language.

Great location. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Clean, well equipped apartment. Have stayed here several times in various apartments this one bed the best. Value for money.

The toaster did not work properly and kept tripping the electric. Was told how to solve it when it happens, but the toaster should be replaced.

The view on the balcony, having a table on terace too, water heater for a tea inside, fridge.Towels, shampoo waa alao provided.The tv was working tooThe fridge was making a bit of noise, but if yiu put a chair in front of its all good.You had everything you need in the closet, including hairdrier, safe, blankets.Outside you can stay by the pool enjoying a coffee. Good area of restaurants.Parking place in the back yard, not too much space but manageable.

There is only one lady taking care of booking, paying and refreshments / coffee,Maybe 2 people will bw better. Otherwise she is speaking English and very calm and offer good local advices

The location is very good, close to the beach and the center. Beds are comfortable.There is swimmmingpool

The description of the room didint match the reality. The room was prepared for 3 people but we booked for 4, so they brought us a mattress. Bathroom was always with a smell and dumped. They dont change towels and toiletries they only give once requested. There is no terrace for the ground floor apartment and also no kitchen counter stove top. . Actually the room is not ground floor but half the basement.Swimming is not clear water and cold water also area around is not very clean, umbrellas broken.

The location is beautiful, close to the sea 100m, amasing view from the studio terrace.Cozy place, beauty furniture, perfect kitchenette fully equipped. We ll come back for sure. .

Dust in the studio and the sunbeds from the terrace weren't clean.

Absolutely spot on location! 3 mins walk to the stunning beach and 1 min walk to the Main Street with all the restaurants, shops and souvenir stalls.

TV is a bit high on the wall.

Nothing all was good

Good location, everything important is within walking distance. The apartments are large and nicely furnished, bathroom is very good and the balconies are great. Free parking is included, the host helped to find the perfect parking place. There is a pool, an optional breakfast and generally the hotel is quiet and peaceful.

Only very minor things. The floor was not clean, more blankets would be great. Overall, it is a great place to stay in Obzor. Do note, that Obzor is on a hill and you have to take lots of stairs to get to the beach.

Perfect location near the beach. The view is amazing both at night and day and it was very quiet. Our room was actually a small apartment with a living room and kitchen as well as a bedroom. There is a fridge, a microwave and stovetop in the kitchen, air cons in both the living room and the bedroom.

The toilet didn’t always work. We couldn’t pay by card, only cash, but there are ATMs nearby.

It was very peaceful, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and kind

I was missing only the breakfast.Only option was English breakfast, if there could be more choices it would be perfect

The room was modern, there was a TV with huge channel selection, the whole hotel had a really interesting interior and the staff was friendly.

Even though pets are allowed, there was a 15 BGN per night fee for my dog which is crazy because an extra bed for for 3+ years old child is 10 BGN per night. If you stay 3 days or less, you won’t get your amenities replenished as they do it on/after 3rd day. The pillows had some yellow stains, good thing I brought my own.

Location

When we arrived what I booked and paid for was unavailable. Receptionist was far from helpful telling me to cancel my booking and rebook two double rooms. I refused and after much debating she finally called the manager who agreed to give us two double rooms which wasn't available until almost 8pm. Extremely disappointed that I had booked and paid for was not available upon our arrival and ah assumption made that this was acceptable. Makes me very wary to use booking.com in future

Everything was near to the hotel (shop, town, beach).Our room was clean, cozy with a sea view.The hotel is dog friendly.we were very satisfied.
