Restaurant was very expensive, breakfast was expensive and would not even provide coffe pods for room without charging. Never experienced this before!

The views to the lake is just unbelievable. The room was very nice, we had an upgrade to a bigger room. We had an issue with the bathroom and they gave us, right away, another room next to ours so we could shower there. Thank you for that. The breakfast was good but always running out of everything and the hotel was not near full. That was the only down thing. Otherwise, we absolutely loved staying at this hotel and will most likely go back in the summer.

Loved the location on the lake. Close to a bus stop. The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast had many choices of good quality food with a beautiful dining room.

It advertised a bar but we were informed that they did not serve alcohol. We would have had our glass of wine before we came back to the hotel. We were trying to give them our business.

Gorgeous property. Rooms were beautiful and where it’s located right by the lake it is just so pretty. Breakfast is very good.

There is no air conditioning. They did provide a humongous fan in the closet which we needed to use because it was 30° here mid August. Also, this is an alcohol free hotel. I do not drink alcohol, but my companions do. We haven’t heard It wasn’t a problem though for us. It would’ve been nice to have known this information though. I don’t recall seeing it anywhere in the descriptions. That could be my fault though for not paying attention

The location was great. The view outside is breathtaking. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was nice.

The hot water in the shower stopped out of nowhere. Despite raising the issue the next morning, no solution was given.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok and the view fantastic. Parking place was all good.

The noise from the street and some people did religious music starting from 07:30 a.m. which was also a bit over a normal noise level.

I would not recommend it.

Staff was indifferent to us (not including clearing staff). No emotion- did not seem to care less about us. We asked for a lake vie but got a side of the hotel with only a partial lake view. No alcohol served in hotel We did not know this in advance.

Spacious rooms with Good view and decent breakfast. Free Parking right in-front of the property is a huge bonus.

No wifi at the time of the stay. (Some technical issue). Lack of air-conditioning specially during summer.

I got upgraded to a suite although I booked a single room (the hotel was almost empty).Very nice room!

They recently changed owners and the hotel does not serve alcohol, which is a shame as the hotel is on the lake and has a beautiful terrace, where people come for food and wine or just for a drink.I doubt they had many bookings in the restaurant over the holidays, and my mother and I were the only patrons in the restaurant which was weird and uncomfortable (the Italian restaurant accross the street was packed).
