We had a good stay with my family. Great facilities, perfect location, we overall all enjoyed it. The check-in was however a bit long, and we have been waiting for too long to get a lift to go upstairs, as one lift seemed to be out or order.

very luxurious hotel, great services and kind reception/welcome. Breakfasts were very nice. facilities were great. eating possibilities were very nice. possibilities on beach walk, drink, dinner were lovely. quiet room, clean and spacious. very well situated, and convenient parking facilities.

water temperature at shower was never constant fluctuating from cold to warm, whatever the water flow chosen. a pity for such nice facilites and price paid. breakfast was expensive.

A beautiful hotel, with style and furnishings way beyond expectations for a sea-side resort hotel. Great history - a traditional ‘grand hotel’

Slightly dated rooms - but that is being ‘picky’

Fantastic hotel.. Been there a number of times, and will keep coming!

Didn't have our breakfast table reservation for one of the mornings. Temperature control in the room also didn't work (needed to change rooms)

    Location and friendly employees.

They caused me a-lot of issues with my bank regarding the deposit. They deducted more than one by mistake. The return it all and kept one deposit. In the end i did my check out and they return it after one week.

Exceptional stay and a world class hotel all around. They managed to do the impossible for a hotel this size: made us feel like we were the only people on the property. Breakfast defined excellence, staff was exemplary all around, rooms a bit basic but very clean with comfortable beds. Location 10/10. Dinner at Latour was absolutely delectable and a memorable experience. Well done!

    iconic hotel on the beach

    modern wellness missing

    Pleasant

I had called and emailed them prior to exactly how I was the room to be decorated( I paid for extra services of roses and balloon), and what they delivered was not what I had requested. They also made a mistake while I reserved a beach bed, I had called at 10 am to reserve the bed for when I arrive and check in at 1, upon our arrival, they said that their reservations only hold until 11. So they did not inform us of that over the phone and confirmed that the reservation will be ready for 1. It was my partners birthday and it did not go to plan

    Beautifull sea view. Great location.

    Extra paymment for sunbeds.

    8QuangPosted on: 7-26-2024

Location was perfect, food is amazing and the staff are lovely and helpful.

Bedsheets were not clean, door to the balcony wouldn’t open. Parking registration took a long time to process (had to run to the reception a couple times).

Hotel directly on the beach. Clean facilities. Friendly and courteous staff! Comfortable rooms. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Breakfast was a little pricey in my opinion. Restaurants could offer more beef/meat options on the menu.

Wellness a treat for my spouse.

Doorman that tried to prohibit my daughter and family with two big city bikes to put their bikes on a parking spot for cars. I informed him that the spot in the garage was filled to the brim. Sustainability should be embraced by your hotel. His attitude was annoying. We disregarded his words and parked anyway. Not a way to welcome guests.

Location is nice . View is amazing

The hotel is outdated. The mattress was not comfortable. The swimmingpool is old - no jacuzzi. The restaurant in the beach- average food. No good wine selection (3 cheap red wines) and mc Cain fries :(

    9KellyPosted on: 5-30-2024

Lots of options for eating on site, beautiful hotel & amazing staff. Great wifi. We came for the Tulip Parade and it was a perfect spot, we walked right down to the main drive to see it!

The restaurants are a bit pricey (although delicious - so just be aware) and one of the elevators was inoperative half of our trip.

    8FransPosted on: 5-13-2024

The room with view on the ocean seemed to be more spacious (renovated?). The hotel on a whole is always relaxing and spacious. The restaurant Latour was superb. As always the access to the beach and the ocean is one of the great plus points.

The toilet and the shower cabin were not really clean. In the spa we missed the steam cabin.

    8WilliamPosted on: 4-29-2024

    Great hotel, needs some attention.

Breakers restaurant was a big disappointment. The hotel bar also should’ve had better alcohol and beer in its selection.

    10RankinPosted on: 4-24-2024

Both dinners that we had during our stay were great.

The taxi service did not pick us up as agreed upon on one occasion and we had to take an Uber. Everything worked out though.
