the location is perfect to be close to the see, also whe its tulip season.

we had to leav our car outside cuz there is no night sift for the staff or a guardian.

Entire facility was good. Nicely maintained. Individual house with parking and garden. Close to beach and Kuekenhof flower park. Kitchen with all facilities

Small bedrooms. No bathroom towels, no bathroom floor mat, no soap/ shampoo.Reaching by public transport is difficult.

Great location, comfortable apartment and helpful service. I recommend and I will come back.

It's cold in the house at night, and in one of them we found a fungus in the bathroom

Trouble in the shower was informed twice but didn’t repair on time had to take cold bath for 3 out of four days

Everything was really great. Key comments I’d have for someone staying are:Boom gate on occasion didn’t work, our car is a rental from France so perhaps the plates have a different format. We would buzz reception and they’d open the gate with no problem. You will need to either bring your own towels or pay for them separately, the linen fee did not cover towels.

Shower was I the bedroom, no separate bathroom .Also, very difficult to find the rubbish bins, no signs to them.

Location, hot tub, facilities.

Parking challenged by non residents.Absence of washing machine/dryer - site laundry is ancient and dirty.

The minihouses and staying in them was excellent.The staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Opening times are not so great.Parking inside is very limited.Booking as such was fine, paying very confusing with a lot of separate payments. Email communication subpar is probably due to much use of AI.And a surprise deposit upon check in.

Close to the beach, spacious, coffee machine, microwave, little shop with all necessities

It wasn’t all the way clean, bit damaged and it smelled a bit funny. Master bed room was very cold

Not very clean had to sleep for two weeks withe same sheets

Good location for the dunes and beaches. Outdoor pool was a hit with the kids. Accommodation was comfortable.

Usual Europarc charges for basic extras; towels, soap, toilet rolls, washing up liquid. Surely basic hygiene should already be in place? Tried to hire bikes for the family but no kids bikes available. Used outside company Rent-a-bike instead (very good).

Chalet had everything we needed and was in a beautiful and quiet location.

No parking space near to our chalet.

The accommodation was great, everything we needed. The kids loved the trampoline onsite and the beach / playground near the beach.

Getting there with a bike full of suitcases and two kids, it's best if you have a car or a cargo bike. It's a long ride from Hillegom with a weeks worth of luggage and two young children. A shuttle service from the station would be good.

Location was good, staff was very friendly.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired

Nice stay not far from the North Sea in small nice house for the small family. Close to Keukenhof. Free parking place near house. Everything what you need in the kitchen. Beautiful house and surroundings.

No bath towels, I haven’t noticed it in description.

Location superb. Size of house was good. And garden, quiet.

Reception was not reachable by Telefone. Some areas of house were not clean on arrival. Toilet brush was disgusting ? Dish liquid missing from welcome package and and some pots were not clean upon arrival.Queen bed has a big separation in the mattresses

Clean and bigger than most chalets in this area

The heating needs to be more controlled and programmable. It was a cold when I got back at night and in the morning. A better thermostat would sort that problem

The appartment was very dirty ,they did not provide bedlinen although we had paid 55 euros we arrived late night and we could not sleep all night in the dirty beds and no bed linen.Kitchen toilet and all in general were not have being cleaned ,absolutely filthy.Next morning when we complained to the reception they answered that we are not the only ones complaining .500 euros waisted .We message the manager MARCO he never respond on the subject we were ignored.
