    Pros +

    • The park is very conveniently located to explore the dune landscape and the seaside. You can walk from the park to the dunes and the dune area is exceptionally beautiful. The park has everything you need for a nice time. The kids loved the swimming pool and the playgrounds. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will definitely return. The house was clean. The dog was welcome. The space expo is very close by and definitely worth a visit. Even my 1.5 year old was impressed :-)
    • Clean and well equipped and dog friendly with good parking next to bungalo
    • The overall location were great and clean. Swimming pool and restaurant was amazing. Playground and play area for the kids awesome.

    Cons -

    • I am driving a rather large car and the parking space for my house was difficult to reach. It all just fitted, but if my car would have been a little larger (>475 cm) it would have been very tight. This is very specific to the house I got, and is for sure not always the case. But if you have a large car, better to check first.
    • Pool was not clean and place needs some maintenance. Door to bungalow jamming
    • Our house at First glance was great but we had spiders and spiderwebs in the closets. It smelled like cigarettes. The clothing drying rack was broken and overall the house seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The front patio had ant hills all over and along the house. Our dogs couldn’t lay outside without getting crawled on. After the first night we woke up with ants all over our bathroom (toothbrushes, sink and shower) and kitchen. We couldn’t have anything sitting on the kitchen counters which made it hard to get comfortable. After letting the front desk know she gave us ant traps instead of offering a new place. I was pretty surprised. Walking by other houses it seemed like we got one of the older places to stay. It’s sad since this was our first time with Europarcs and we had high expectations looking at the pictures.

The restaurant was great, the playground for the kids outdoors and indoors was a hit! The yards of the cottages were perfect. Location to the tulips and beach were the perfect bike ride.

    The pool closed too early.

Great stay. We had three bungalows and all were clean and all items functioned as expected.

Just to stay 2 h more costs 35euro ,on day then I left camping!

Lovely house and perfect location for visiting different attractions in the area, close to Amsterdam, the tulip fields, Corpus museum, and the space museum. Child friendly, but more for kids up to age 4. My kids are 6 and 7, but the playground was a bit too small for them, however they enjoyed the pool very much. The house was perfect size for us, very nice decorated and cozy. All in all we loved it.

the place is amazing, perfectly accommodates a large family, the restaurant is fabulous, children's area is amazing.

The beds are not ready, and the pool closes at 4:30 pm, that was not very nice, but the rest was amazing

    Cosy and stylish

Bare minimum. Had just enough and wasn’t within walking distance of shops or beach. Especially with kids

Everything you need for an amazing and comfy stay is provided. We especially loved the location next to the canal and outside space. (including adjacent utility room for cleaning/bikes).The swimming pool and on-site restaurant was a wonderful bonus- not just the basics but great facilities that renew you.Great stay!

    The bungalow was nice

The single beds were too small. We arrived late and could not get any information from Europeans about what to do. They kept on emailing in English and German, eventhough I speak fluent Dutch. The emails we were sent had links missing and no information other than 'its on the door.' Obviously we can't see the door from a different country ?There was no bedding and me and my 16 year old daughter had to walk around in the dark to try and find bedding.

The park was clean and quiet. Staff friendly and help full. Nice shop on site. Short bike ride to zandvoort plenty to see and do around the town, would highly recommend

I think that location is wonderful. It is close to the seaside. The air is fresh and revitalizes the body's energy. I like staying there.

When I entered the house, it was not that clean. So I had to do some cleaning myself. It is not a big deal, but when you arrive in the hotel room you expect it to be clean. This must be improved!

    - Facilities are very good especially for kids.- The area is very nice.- Common spaces are very well kept.- Nice kitchen equipment available.

    - The cleaning of the apartment was poor.- Furniture in the bathroom and in the shower was completely absent.- A bit too expensive for the value.

    8BrankaPosted on: 6-10-2024

Great location, facilities and apartment size. Reception stuff was nice and friendly

    - not easy to navigate with codes for pool access - apartment was not cleaned prior to our arrival (cleaning stuff appeared the next day to tell us that - it was clear anyway)

Don't stay if you need an invoice or receipt.

They do not provide invoices. They are telling that booking.com is responsible for invoice while booking.com says that EuroParcs should provide one.

I liked that there was a pool, as well as the comfort and silence of the territory

basic necessities, towels, soap, salt, etc. are missing. They put one roll of toilet paper for 7 days ?Very bad internet.

    10LadaPosted on: 4-26-2024

The best mobile home we have ever had. Spacious, well equipped, with dishwasher and microwave, working wifi. Heating in the house and water heating without problems, the house has its own gas boiler, which reacts very quickly. There is also an indoor pool in the complex, we were there only once, and although the campsite was full, we were alone in the pool. Renting bikes at the campsite is also no problem.

The house does not have a covered terrace. We were there when it was almost freezing outside, so we didn't mind, but maybe I would miss it in the summer.

    7ShannaPosted on: 4-19-2024

The location of the property was great for visiting the tulip fields and the beach by bicycle.

There was no staff at the check-in and no one replied to my email when I requested to rent towels. For future guests the linen package does not include any towels and apparently they need to be rented seperately but there was no one there in reception during our stay to get any.
