Our room 5 was very warm only negative

The decor is minimalistic and clean. The breakfast was good. The coffee in the communal area is very good.

The room is so small, one knocks against the bathroom door when it is open. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, not even a glass for water. There is no air con.

The ladies on reception were very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional - varied and beautifully presented. Recommended for staying whilst visiting Keukenhof.

The position, the staff and the facilities were fantastic

Parking, prepare to walk quite a distance to the parking site, which is in fact the town main parking lot. Twin beds are a bit small for the bigger/taller person

We liked the location of the hotel. We wanted to see the parade and it was right across the street. The beach was right across the street and close to shipping streets. Very friendly staff.

The beds were so hard to sleep on. The walls were paper thin you could hear everything going on in the rooms next and above. When we booked the reservation the parking appeared as free and close. It was a good ten min walk and six euros a night. The conversion ended up being 1650 for this little tiny room for 6 days and it just wasn't worth it.

Excellent location, close to the sea, also nearby there are shops, cafes, parking, everything you need for a great holiday. Breakfasts are very tasty and varied. Everything is thought out and provided in the room. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, it was not taken into account that cash payment was indicated during the booking and the funds were automatically debited from the card upon check-in.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the family room with bunk beds and the free hot beverages all day.

Excellent value especially as complementary hot drinks were available throughout our stay as well as the very well provisioned breakfast buffet included in the price.

One of our rooms was slightly smaller than others and had limited space for clothing. (we were warned of this even when booking on line). Not an issue for us as we were only staying a single night on a cycling tour but might be an issue if staying for longer.

Staff was helpful, room was clean, breakfast was excellent.

Reception was not attended 24 hours, toilet seat is in very tight place.

The window was open when we arrived while it was 30degrees outside. This turned our room in a sauna which we couldn't get cool because there was no AC and only one window on the sunny side. The breakfast room layout can be improved by creating seperate food & drink areas. The hostel next door is a nuisance; perhaps some arrangement can be made with the owner to reduce the noise and smell of cigarette smoke during night time.

The room was very small and unbearable due to the warm weather. There was no air conditioning. Luckily there was a fan, but it didn't help much. The bathroom was very small and dark and the shower entrance was very narrow. Many people might have problems.

Late check in.Good communication from the hotel to outline the procedure. Great breakfast choice, all day complimentary hot drinks is a real treat.

Comfy room in a cosy hotel in the city center of Noordwijk aan Zee. Balcony appreciable in summer, even if besides the terrace of a youth hostel (the hotel provides earplugs in the room in case of). Walking distance from beach, pubs and restaurants. Parking option. Very good breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff. A favorite hotel in Noordwijk.

Not a big deal if you know beforehand and can organize yourself, but breakfast starts at 7:30 only, and the reception opens officially at 8:30 only, which is somewhat late when you are on a business trip.

24 hour tea/coffee making facilities in comfortable lounge and outdoor terrace. Free parking in public car park during stay. Excellent buffet breakfasts.
