Bed and pillows were very nice. Beautiful view at the sea. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was basic. There was no parking available at the hotel. We had to look for a parking on the street, it was difficult. No airco, but ventilator was available in the room.

Wonderful seaside escape hotel right across from the dunes and wide beach. Very warm reception welcome. Super nice view from the cozy, bright lounge with comfortable sofas and the bar. Nice, clean room with breathtaking views. Very good breakfast buffet with wide choice of different foods.

We were happy with the whole experience, so nothing to list here.

Everything was perfect here, except a door in our bathroom creaked a lot and the faucet hummed loudly during the usage. It wakes you up, if someone use it at night.

Very nice stuff, excellent location, fireplace in the hall, super tasty breakfast.

Friendly and welcoming. My kids and i love the breakfast.tea and snacks. The location is great sea view and walk. Lobby spacious ..you feel.home when you are there.

I had a burger for dinner the price was not too com8fortable. Tooth paste an some oil .espcially for.people travelling from abroad or forgetting their bathings...

No meat at breakfast no bacon no ham or things like that . The try to use lest meat . Can I make that choice myself please . A shower no bad .

We stayed in 7 different hotels on this trip and would only revisit 2 and this hotel was one of then. Clean good value great staff

The lift was broken on day of arrival but was fixed before bedtime. Another lift would be a good idea.

Customer care, hygiene, breakfast and all was on point very cutesy and demure I should say I could stay there for a whole month plus if possible. I loved everything about the hotel. Customer care was absolutely amazing everyone was having a smily and friendly face.

My family and myself has stayed at De baak many times over the years it is a fantastic hotel great view great breakfast beautiful hotel great room. I will continue to stay there many times in the future. Thank you very much for a fantastic day.

The staff are nice and friendly. For those for who it matters, they're multilingual in Dutch, English, and German, at least. The rooms are tidy and have what you need to stay the night. Not very common, thus nice the Baak Seaside has it, is a shower head high enough that I can comfortably stand underneath it (~185cm). The breakfast is very nice, starting early enough if you have to work nearby.

The room (122) does not have air conditioning. When I stayed here there had just been a few 30 degrees days, so the entire hotel was already quite warm, but the room was at least 25 degrees. To cool the room you have a window which can open and a deskfan, which aren't adequate to cool the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature. The temperature of the room during the night is the primary reason for the grade, as it's also a hotels primary function to provide a good nights sleep.The hotel also uses those sheets you find everywhere in hotels nowadays, meaning they don't breath, making trying to sleep in such a hot room sweaty and fairly unpleasant. The bathroom also has a glass door and a floor-to-ceiling glass window (both privacy glass), but also a very, very bright light without a dimmer inside. Meaning your partner is likely to wake up if you turn it on during the night (see pics). Location is obviously a factor, but I got to say the rooms are quite small for the price, making this like the bathroom cramped.

Nice seaside location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, sufficient parking and good value for money in off season.

Furnishings are modern updated, but very minimalist. We are not physically challenged, but got a wheelchair access room, which we did not like so much as newly weds. With all the support bars, no shower barrier, no washbasin counter area. Also besides no coffee machine, no water bottle and no tissues. Menu was very limited.

Right on the sea front. Clean. Good buffet breakfast.

Weird window from the room to the ensuite so no privacy in the toilet. A bit dark in the room for packing. We weren't told there was a locking bike shed on our arrival, only when we came to leave!

The location was great, as it was right by the sea. The room was clean, and the bed was big. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choices and a great view to accompany a delicious cup of coffee!

We rented bikes, and there wasn't enough air in the tyres, so we had to go back and ask for a pump and then go back to return it. A bit of a hassle, but the staff were very kind and it wasn't a big deal.

No coffee in the room, restaurant was closed for dinner and the restaurant food options are shockingly limited and basic.

Perfectly kind staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms and lounge area with a view. We enjoyed our stay and will come back :-).
