- The friendly attitude, very accommodating and helpful. Their shuttle service is free and resort is very convenient
- Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when we called before arrival. They have a great shuttle and map to take you around town too.

- It doesn't have a beach to swim in.
- It was a holiday inn. It never said anything about that on this listing or even on their website and when we got there, it was all signed with Holiday Inn which was confusing at first.
- This hotel was called ¿grand caymanIan¿. Your writeup did not say it was a holiday inn. there was a separate advert. for holiday inn on your site. We had an altercation with our cab driver because he said it was and we said it wasn¿t - he was correct!
