- The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was outstanding
- The food was very good as well as the beach. I also like the evening shows.
Cons -
- Butler service was non existent
- The rooms were very cold
- The staff was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Most were constantly on their phones. Since I understood the language, I overheard many nasty comments from the staff when they were speaking about guests. I paid for an ocean front room and did not get it.
