Lots of little staircases. Dated furnishings. Dirty bathroom and silverware in the room.

Stairs as we all couldn't fit in lift

Breakfast was excellent, good select of hot and cold food. Room was warm and clean.

Quietness and size of the room front room

Room was very cold. Only one toilet roll breakfast was minimal and of poor quality for £14.00 that we thought was included in the price when booking but was not. Booking was very mid-leading

I liked everything

This family owned and run hotel is an absolute gem. By far the best hotel we have stayed in on the Isle of Man and we've stayed in quite a few! Staff were kind and friendly. Our room was clean and had everything you could need. Food - evening meal and breakfast - was freshly cooked, nicely presented, tasty and good value for money. Location was great. Next time we visit the Island we will definitely be staying here.

Lovely hotel - really friendly vibe, great location, amazing value and a lovely breakfast. The family room was really well sized with a sofa and table, and great communication asking for a bed layout. Thanks so much will be returning!

Nice view. Good sized room. They weren't shy with the complimentarys. Breakfast was 1st class with local fresh ingredients. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty good overall

Thanks to the low season and kindness of the staff, we were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger room with a sea view, which was amazing. Even though the hotel and room’s interior is slightly dated, it feels right and matches the vibe of the area, so it's not an issue. At the same time, the bathroom was very modern and neat. Breakfast is nice and even includes local specialties, and the staff at breakfast are very friendly and accommodating
