Casablanca Unique Hotel

It was a simple walk to the beach. Very quiet.Great staff.AMAZING BREAKFAST!

The location

The rooms need to be updated. Bed was worn out and the room looks like it is very much worn out. The corridors are needing maintenance. Below average breakfast. The pool looked like it was dirty. White foam is n the top. Did not go for a swim for sure there. The price tag is extremely high for the facilities and room comfort.

The staff was really helpful and kind and the room was big and fairly confortable.

The hotel was partially renovated, which worked really well, but only on the main entrance and on the rooms. You can sense the building's age on the corridors and doors. We felt a tiny bit catfished when we went through the main entrance and into the rest of the spaces.

Room was full of ants, when I told reception they gave me a a spray bottle of ant killer instead of moving us to another room. Dead ants were left in our room for the remainder of the week, cleaners never sweeper them up. Asking for a drink in the hotel bar seemed like it was a chore for the bar staff. Good location and breakfast buffet was good. Good value for money but disappointed with the service

From Faro airport you can get there by bus.Hotel is located on the second line. Absolutely incredible breakfast and good coffee. The room was clean. I am sincerely grateful for the early check in, because my road to Monte Gordo was 27 hours ❤️ I'll be back ❤️

When you comes in winter I recommend take good pajamas. There is no heating in Portugal, only air conditioning.

Great location. Easy accommodation with dog. Phenomenal breakfast. Nice little patio outside our room which was great for the dog. Good TV in the room.

Very uncomfortable beds; super hard & could feel every spring/board. Bathroom had great water pressure but with no vent, everything was soaked. The walls and floors were wet. No counter space near sink to spread out makeup or toiletries.

The hotel was very nice, clean rooms, breakfast was excellent.The staff was amazing, helpful, and friendly.

A kettle in the room would be a much better option as the machine is not easy to use & there are no instructions availableIt would be useful to know to Press 9 on the phone for Reception in case of emergency.

The location, lounge, pool area and bar are really lovely. I thought the rooms were a bit grubby looking. So many marks on the bedside cupboard and a really complicated coffee machine. A good old kettle would be much better.

The rooms and decor in the rooms. Made me think I was in a mud room.

The reception staff room cleaners and the overall cleanliness.

The location was brilliant and the view from my balcony was wonderful.The staff we extremely and professional from the reception staff through to the cleaning staff, nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in when visiting Monte Gordo.

Staff very friendly. All the spaces very cleaned and beautiful decoration. Food was delicious (specially a la carte dinner). Live music show. Very very closed to the beach. Great experience.

Good location and professional/nice staff. Small but incredible swimmgpool with nice environment. Very good breakfast, especially the bread and croissants were magnificient. Nice dining room. Nice bar service, including in the pool. Very clean.

Just as a sugestion, add more variety at breakfast, eg. more fruit and iogurts. Not being the responsability of the Hotel, all the other people should make less noise when closing the room doors at night.
