the front desk was super helpful with directions and recommendations. The location is great, walking distance to everything. Very new place so if you have traveled much in Portugal you know that's a big plus. Nice pool, great views from the balc

We booked an apartment with a separate bedroom and a balcony overlooking the garden. I think the sofa turns into a bed as well but we didn't need that. The kitchen area was very small but we managed - we only used it for breakfast prep. Parking was underneath the hotel and you had a space relating to your room. There was an elevator from the parking 'cave' to reception or your floor. The pool area was great and they have lots of comfortable sunbeds. We wanted somewhere with parking - with a pool - with a fridge and walking distance to bars and restaurants - this place satisfied all our requirements.

Only small things that could be improved. There was no hairdryer although it was on the listing. No kettle - but we heated water in the microwave. and the Shower head needed replacing. The water pressure was OK but the water came out more like a hose than a shower head. The room was a bit dated but it was clean and we were only there to sleep and have breakfast so we didn't care.

EVERYTHING WAS REALY NICE, WONDERFUL AND CONFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY, NEAR THE BEACH AND GOOD RESTAURENTS.

COMMUNICATION: AT THE ENTRENCE WE WOULD LIKE THE PERSON AT THE RECEPTION DESK TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK IN ENGLISH OR FRENCH.

Overall it was good, nice and clean, with clean towels and shower stuff. Didn't manage to make the air con work and one of the remotes was out of baterriesCheck in and checkout were very easy and speedy

Lovely big flat, with huge balcony, adequate kitchen, and pool (we didn’t use). Secure parking.

Difficult to find - we had to ring reception and even then, drove in the back.

Room and adjacent areas spacious and very clean. Kitchen area adequately equipped (apart from broken bottle opener). Comfortable bed. Several friendly bars/restaurants close to property.

Property is further from sea front than description would suggest. Erratic wi-fi connection - kept breaking up for minutes at a time.

Located very near the center and the beach. The car stay parked in the garage all the time. It's a place only two floors and parking (on the -1 ), the access we may go trough stairs or lift. Cleaning and changing of towels was done frequently. On the back, a garden with palm trees a yard and a good pool

TV with 4 chanels, only. Very very poor wi-fi signal, was not possible use my laptop, even the mobiles, sometimes.

I didn’t have breakfast I didn’t think they had any Service But I did prepare a delicious one for my parents

Great value for money. Very close to the beach, easy to walk there daily and also with a swimming pool available for the lazy days or a quick dive after the beach. AC available which was a life saver!Dedicated parking is great in a place where parking can be challenging at times.

Some things are a little dated (white goods for example), but all working and usable.Shame for the lack of BBQ, but good restaurants and take away nearby to compensate.

The apartment was good and the location ok. The cleaning staff was nice and friendly. The beach is really nice.

The people in the reception was hardly ever there and they were rude. We were three couples who were gonna check out the last day and we waited a real long time and called the number, no one answered. Finally we just left the keys. The place felt abounded most of the time. The kitchen was not well equipped either. For example no cutting board and old frying pans.

The apartment was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the lift was not working. But a large storm had just gone through and perhaps this is what caused the issue. Perhaps supply washing up liquid so that guests can do the washing up before leaving.

Everything was wonderful, except for WiFi. Great mattress, garage parking space, large bathtub, fluffy towels, dishes and cookware were much appreciated.

WiFi kept going in and out. Impossible to maintain a stable connection.

Great location close to the beach, quite spacious room, friendly staff, clean.

Mattress on sofa-bed was very uncomfortable and pillows too tall and no alternative types.

Room cleaning and The pool, except it damage my bikinis

the water in the pool turns the white bathing suits into green yellow. and the lining of men's shorts, which are white, turn yellow and green. 4 broken bathing suits. The pool has few sun loungers, due to the number of customers. The kitchen had few utensils, do not dye wooden spoons.

Location was perfect. Easy parking and studio was of good size and very well equipped. Quiet place. Nice restaurants around and close supermarket.

The swimming pool was green and didn´t look clean at all. Surely the filters or something was not working quite right. It looked so bad that we didn´t swim on it.

Big Apartment, it was clean (floor bathroom) but very old. It had those kind of smells. I could not use sofa because it looked like dirty and sandy.No enough cleaning stuffs like shampoo etc

The property is located at about five minutes walking to the Manta Rota beach. Each room has a parking spot in the basement parking, size of the room it's okay with a comfy bed and a small couch and there is also a small kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom size is good with a bathtub, toilet and bidet.

A hair dryer is missing and would have been good to find a couple of dishwasher tabs. Also, the plastic furniture from the balcony it's a bit old and dirty.
