Location, right on the beach, although a bit far from the town shops, nice pool.

Customer service: what is the point of charging 2 extra fees for 2 kids without informing upon check in, not arranging any extra bed (we had to use the existing couch and prepare the bed ourselves) and not having breakfast?

Just a big hotel... it was ok but nothing special for guests. SPA was extra and no coffee in the morning

I was charged for a safe box for my valuables I think that is totally abusive and very unpleasant : not ever before in cities like London Tokyo or New York i have paid for a safe boxThey also charge their customers to use the indoor pool i found it totally outrageous

Room was in good condition, with no issues. Hotel was clean, and all staff I encountered were very pleasant and helpful.

Loaner pool towel process could be improved

Pool was great as was he gym. Location was excellent and the service was good as well.

We had an apartment and salt and pepper would have been appreciated.

Great location. Very spacious and well equipped apartment. To use the safe - extra 3.50 euros a day. Bar prices very reasonable and daily offers on some drinks. Building work ( painting outside) was on going ( starting at 08:00 until 17:00) - some noise if you have room facing the road.

Couch stained (room 303), no small saucepan in Kitchen, no English TV-Programs, lot of chloring in the water of Bathroom and Kitchen

The hotel is literally next to the beach with direct access to it, which is great if you have to carry your children. Breakfast was also good, and the staff where always super friendly.

Breakfast is basic, rooms have no noise isolation so we can ear the noise from the streets

This is our fifth visit we keep on coming back because the apartment is fantastic and the food is wonderful

Some of the accommodation probably needs an upgrade particularly the shower attachment in the bathroom. Nothing really additional to say excellent

The apartments are very close to a magnificent beach and there are several good restaurants on the nearby boardwalk.

Had dinner in the restaurant one night only and found the food to be fairly mediocre.Didn't like when we came back to our apartment one day to find 2 men leaving it. When challenged one of them said "technical" and refused to stop to give more of an explanation, which left us feeling a little alarmed. Not happy that they entered the apartment without informing us and that they were unwilling to explain why they had been there when asked.

Reception was friendly and efficient. Apartment was spacious, clean and sufficiently equipped. Recycling bin in the kitchen. Bed was comfy. Heating worked well. Location is very good.

The rooms are outdated, definetly needs some renovation, especially the bathrooms.

Best is the proximity to the beach. As you leave the premises you are already at the beach.Great pool for adults and kids.Good cleaning and very nice staff.2nd time and will return next year.

The apartments are nice and functional but could definitely improve with a facelift and a dish washing machine.Every time there was a parking space, but I feel that if we go out we will not find an available space .

Excellent location with direct access to the beach. Large swimming pool. Spacious apartments with kitchen.

The room I was assigned had a sea view, as advertised.

Parking was restricted to the street in front of the hotel, not nearly enough. I asked about a parking garage and was offered a space for 30 Euros per day. I had requested a high floor but was assigned a first-floor room overlooking the swimming pool and just above the bar. Very noisy day and night. The hotel is adjacent to a nice beach but chairs and an umbrella is another 15 Euros. I expected a parking spot for my rental car and beach accommodations but received neither.

A beautiful hotel, very clean and accessible to the beach. Pool and sunning area was lovely also. Great breakfast each morning.

WiFi was extremely poor. Had to use mobile data at all times. No English Channel on TV and because WiFi was poor it was impossible to access utube on tv. In general staff were lovely but they seem to have a policy to clear the plates from the table almost immediately after your last mouthful went into your mouth. It was most unnerving. There was no issue with people waiting on tables so I don’t know why they do this.

Mini kitchen was useful. Balcony with sea view. Friendly barman meant we returned after dinner every night.

Old property, noisy renovation work on roof ricocheted though our room even when we moved one floor lower. Beds were hard. Shower was good but would have preferred a bath which they couldn’t offer me. I fell over by the swimming pool as the tiles were very slippery when wet. Saw several others slip or fall over.
