amazing location in a true mountain experience
the initial transfer from Crans village to the hotel ( which is by snow cat and half of the experience) needs a little clarification but when you have done it once it is easy to manage
Perfect view, accommodations and service.
Tô go from hotel to main gondola we need to take a T Bar lift, which is difficult when snowboarding. But this is minor compared to how great all the rest was.
It is a unique place with amazing view of the mountains. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are amazing.
The slots of 20 minutes for the sauna are too short.
