- The clients returning their room very late around 4 am in the morning were very much noisy and reckless (not 1 night but all the time). We had stayed at the same property in 2019 under a different owner and every think was much better managed then. Hotel has now a bit left alone & abandoned feeling. Housekeepers were very nice and attentive, room & bathroom was clean but the carpets in the room was very very old and looks dirty and due to carpets room doesnot give the feeling of fresh/clean. Desite the new SPA area I think it's a 2 star hotel.

Great location
High price for a small room without any amenities
This is my second stay here and I was never disappointed to stay here. I loved the warm welcome and how helpful and friendly the reception staff was. Really had a great stay. Thank you so much for the great hospitality.

breakfast is very basic. fruit salad out of a tin with some fresh fruit in a bowl. missed scrambles eggs, bacon etc. selection of cereal poor. no restaurant and very small bar area.
The staff, main corridors and the carpet, wide and opened stairs and bed. It also had a cute balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
Small bathroom, small shower without a bath screen, it had dark curtains which made the shower dark also. A very narrow corridor when you get in. Wardrobe's doors knocks with bathroom's door and main door.

We stayed at the family apartment. It is very spacious, 3 rooms of which one en suite. Exceptional location, close to shops and walking distance to ski lift. Staff is really friendly and willing to help with everything. Very well organized for COVID measures.
