Fantastic luxury hotel, spacious and clean rooms with a fireplace and balcony. The bathtub and shower was comfortable. However we booked this hotel as it was mentioned ski-in ski out hotel but unfortunately it is not…they have a free shuttle that takes you to the gondola. Their service is excellent. Magical views of the mountains, cosy interior. The spa room is amazing.

With magnificent views of the open, every staff member is very welcoming, there is a shuttle to the town at any time, and there is also a transfer service. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Switzerland. Look forward to coming back next time it snows

Location, wam, friendly staff, beautiful interior and views.We were upgraded to a room with a private terrace - beautiful. Limousine shuttle takes you into town in about 8 minutes and can pick you up again. Room service breakfast is really nice in the privacy of one’s room. We did not try the spa but the whole place oozes quality and elegance.

Currently suffers from noise pollution on the valley facing rooms from a construction site not far away from about 7.15am. Also, even at this altitude, the nights can be a bit warm in high summer if you are trying to sleep before midnight ( no air con).

The breakfast was good, but it was the hotel, location and friendly staff that made our stay so special.

Although its not in town and maybe a 5/8 minute car ride from town, the hotel from its facilities to its general feel is really worth the trip. I have to add an additional line for the professionals that work the concierge and front desk, not only did they go above and beyond their way to make our stay at the hotel great, but also they made sure our trip outside the hotel in Crans Montana was great too. From the front desk to room service to housekeeping staff top notch people that made our trip great. Definitely recommend Le Crans to people that enjoy high quality atmosphere and excellent service.

Lovely restaurant with an excellent chef and team of waiters. Calming spa area which was perfect to unwind after a heavy week.

The kitchen staff were sadly smoking beneath our bedroom window and the fumes woke us up in the morning. The manager on reception responded well to the feedback and I am confident this matter will be addressed.

The facilities overall are excellent for a small hotel. Lot of attention to the decoration and comfort.

The restaurant. Service was extremely slow, it took us almost three hours to finalise dinner, small details like leaving the drinks menu and not coming back to take the order after more than 15 minutes. All dishes were superbly presented, however half of them lacked of special taste (something that anyone could cook).In all, we had expectations based on other Michelin star restaurants we have visited and this one was far from meeting those.

The location is unbeatable and the customer service is exceptional.

We stayed at the back of the hotel in a small room overlooking the kitchens and bins - would not recommend the classic double. Other rooms, I’m sure, would be delightful so worth paying the extra.
